This sub is here for sharing patterns with each other. We will not allow you to post the actual pattern for others but you can share the link for the pattern or give the name of the book or magazine that you found the pattern in. External links to your own patterns are prohibited.
We encourage pictures of FOs or WIPs but only if they are accompanied by a link to the pattern used to make it. We also strongly encourage you to tell about your experience with the pattern: was it difficult to work up, did it use more yarn than you expected, was it a quick and easy pattern to work up, etc.
If you come across deals (either free or on sale) from your favorite (or really any) sellers, please post a link here and let us know how long the deal is for. Free or on sale patterns are a good way to help people learn about sellers they might not have found otherwise.
We also encourage talking about patterns. Maybe you need help working through a pattern or you want to know if a pattern you're interested in is what you are really looking for (maybe someone else has tried it and can answer your questions), here is the place to ask!

Looking for a boy doll hair pattern that could match this
I’m making this character into a doll and I have everything done except the face and the hair. I’ve tried to follow several hair tutorials but they haven’t really worked. Or they’re hard to understand because they’re not in English. I’d prefer a free pattern just because I’m not really feeling like gambling at the moment lol and paid patterns can be a hit or miss sometimes. I am pretty good at adapting patterns to fit a project so dimensions aren’t too big of a deal I’ll just scale up or down.

Looking for flower lace vest pattern
Hi, I am looking for a pattern that looks like this vest. I’ve tried looking myself, but if I google “crochet flower lace vest pattern” tons of websites that sell this vest pop up instead lol. Since it is a fast fashion piece, maybe its not crochet at all? Would love any recommendations, my other option will be to just make a lace vest and the appliqués separately, which might be the case here.

Edit: I figured out how to freehand the petals so I will just sc them together along the bottom!

3-colour blanket patterns? Adventurous beginner - looking for something more challenging than the same stitch repeated for the whole blanket.
I've been looking at the 6-day star blanket but l'm wondering if there are any patterns that will work particularly well with the 3 pictured colours.
As far as skill level, I'm very comfortable with the basics, happy to step out of my comfort zone. This is for a road trip so l need some variation in the stitches to keep me interested.
Free patterns preferred but if you have a paid one you swear by l'd love to know about it. Thanks!!!

Simple blanket pattern
I'm looking for a super simple blanket pattern that works up quickly, is quite dense (not sure if that's the right word, just not holey granny square vibes) and doesn't use too much yarn.
Would a simple dc blanket be best? I want something warm to just wrap around my waist while I'm working, so no fancy stitches etc. needed, this one's about function over aesthetics.
I'll have a Pinterest browse as well, was just wondering if anyone's come across anything like this that they liked.
Any suggestions?
