Someone asked for help with granny squares and I delivered!
I just tried an ergonomic hook yesterday. It fit comfortably in my hand, but it felt awkward. The whole crochet process did not seem as smooth as it normally does.
Do the hooks take some getting used to? Or maybe ergonomic hooks aren't for everyone?
Hello Fellow Crocheters: Does anyone know where I could buy a red orange color yarn. I've seen red yarn, and I've seen orange yarn, but I'm looking for a yarn that is a beautiful mix of the colors red and orange. You're help would be much appreciated.
Does anyone know any video tutorials that are similar to this blanket
I’m not the best at crochet so I don’t want a written pattern but I rlly rlly like this blanket
I know how to switch colours and do all the stitches but idk how they joined them together and kept going for the boarder and stuff
Was supposed to add a picture but I forgot so hopefully that link works!
Does anyone ever crochet when they're rlly rily anxious
I just had the worst like anxiety/ panic attack lol and I was thinking it would be nice to try crochet something in order to wind down, recover, or just get my mind off of it
BUT I don't want to do some big overwhelming project just like small crochet things to at are cute easy and fun to do so l can slowly feel more relaxed yk??
Does anyone have any ideas on what types of things I could crochet in times like this? YouTube links w tutorials would be great if possible
(Also I don't have any fluffy yarn to make little plushies so that's a no for now)
Hello!
I am just starting (as in I just learned how to do the different stitches I have never actually made anything)
To start off the first round is : working into a magic ring: 3 chain, 12 double crochet, slip stitch
I am SO CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED!! I keep just making a tangled mess.
So I make my ring, I chain 3 onto the "loop" of the ring ... then what?! How do I do the double stitch? Is the loop I'm supposed to go into the last chain I made or the magic ring?
I don't know if this makes sense I'm just confused and i hate not being good at crafts so I'm trying to not quit 🤣
Hi! I've been looking for a website offering different stitches, but one specifically where you can search them by height.
So for example, I search: I want a stitch as high as a Double Crochet -> gives you a list of all the stiches they have that matches the height of a double.
Same for singles, same for triples... you get the idea. It will greatly help me mix and match stitches in my projects!
I don't mind the format, may it be video, chart or tutorial.
A website preferably, or a Youtube channel. If you know of a book please let me know too, I'll note it for later.
Thanks in advance!
OK, I feel like I'm doing something wrong because it does not look like normal crocheting chain stitches. I've tried everything I've done push through one chain loop over make two loops over and I'm still not getting it. I desperately need help.
