I would like to ask y’all today, day 16 of the trial and the finishing of cross from JD to AH, after all that has been picked apart today and yesterday do y’all have a change in your opinion from when the beginning of the trial started to now?
The best song of the year to come 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A guy ran a red light and hit us. No injuries but my car was totaled .After the police arrived he blamed us for the accident, so the cops sided him because he supposedly had a witness(we suspect the driver knew him personally) . So know I got court on may for running a red light(false) and no driver’s license (which I admit I didn’t). My insurance adjuster still hasn’t contacted me yet (I’ve called her and no answer)and no businesses well allow me to see security camera footage for evidence.I’m afraid the camera footage we’ll disappear if I don’t act fast. What can I do ! ? We are 100% sure we did not run the red light . Anything we’ll help thank you .
I got a lawsuit cause i beat a girl up (she didnt break anything or got hospitalized she just got really swollen in the face and dropped blood) her father is a rich bitch that just wouldnt leave the matter alone. Btw should i sue her for being underage and dancing half naked in a rap videoclip as a fucking whore? Or should i leave the matter alone? I really think i should cause she didnt really got an impact other than getting beat up meanwhile me (and my friends that just where in front of the situation) got a lawsuit will have to pay our asses off at lawyers and even a fine if the judge says so. Anyways should i dress smart or basic
Greetings,
I'm seeking legal assistance related to a U.S. Federal Court Case that needs to be appealed and is likely a U.S. or Canadian Supreme Court (maybe both?). The Case is about territorial jurisdiction and Human Liberty and Equality, with Border Defense; and Spain's involvement in World War II; as the context. The treaties specifically mentioned in the Federal Jurisdictional Case are the Adams Onis Treaty and the Louisiana Purchase Treaty, both specifically Articles 3.
As ethnicity is a factor in the Louisiana Purchase Treaty, I've included My ethnic DNA results that yielded these estimates from Myself and blood relatives of My family. ~1% Acadian First National (Lakota: Na Dene 海大, Mandan, Algonquin); ~88% Dutch Austrian, and Magyar, and Norman (Scandinavian, Russian, French, and British); and ~11% Nubian African; West and Central West African. Dread Scott Case.
Taxes and jurisdiction, taxes and the United States Constitution "Indians not taxed". Here is a list of treaties that may be brought into force during and in the conclusion of this case. Keeping an Allied World War II mentality in this case.
Questions? Comments? Assistance and support I seek. I have an Allied Acadian Defense plan for the Southern Border, and Canada's Legal Federal Jurisdiction to ensure a nation with Allied Values has the jurisdiction. Full merger the goal. Much of the petroleum consumed by the United States of America's population is West of the Mississippi, and Canada has a petroleum surplus, and melting glaciers in abundance.
The United Commonwealth of Acadia Legal Challenge to the United States of America
United States of America's Constitution, Article 6.
Louisiana Purchase Treaty, Article 3 (Atlantean removals, African slavery, Chinese Exclusion Act [U.S. Constitution, Amendments 18 and 21, meaning of repeal]).
Adams Onis Treaty, Article 3.
Treaty of Watertown, 1776, Article 1.
Comanche Adelsverein Treaty. (Santa Anna signed).
Treaty of Austin, March 6th, 2021. (I do believe in Myself and the System of Peerage, as an Acadian First National, Adel, and United States Citizen reassigned the Texacali Adelsverein Territory to Acadian Canada by a Golden Libertarian Noble Treaty. Treaty sent to Gov. General Wagner via the Legal Dept. of the Assembly of First Nations).
Ogdensburg Agreement.
The Acadian Charter and L’Ordre de Bon Temps.
Cannabis and Coca Leaf Tea (not cocaine) legalization. (Increase of Domestic Happiness, Revenue, Commerce; maybe a drink to aid those who have a cocaine addiction).
Canadian Health Act (Good to aid society on the medical front, calming financial and other fears over not having or being covered by Healthcare Insurance).
British and French Official Languages (Good for Commerce, Administration and Education, as well as a military deterrent to invading settlers forcing the Castillian dialect.)
Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Law (An exception to Canadian Citizenship is when a child born of two people who are not Canadian Citizens. Military deterrent).
The Jay Treaty. (If Mexicans accept being part of an Acadian Nahuatl Aztec First Nation, rejecting Mexican citizenship and nationality in exchange for a Nahuatl Aztec identity, then that is the Peace Branch offering.)
Santa Ana’s Seven Laws, and the Republic of the Californias, Major General John C. Frémont. (Legal claim to Basse California).
Acadian Canada may claim the entire rivers as the borders mentioned in the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, instead of half the rivers. (Good for patrolling, and securing, building a fortified garrison line along the border).
Treaty of Santa Maria Calatrava excludes Spain, “forever”.
On Louisiana and the Treaty of Ghent, 1814. Article X.
I was under the impression that the names on Epstein’s flight list were of high profile people including celebs, politicians, etc. Even a prince got dragged into the spotlight! So why is nobody talking about who else participated in these horrendous events? Why isn’t anyone else being prosecuted??? Can anyone she’s light on this
Hey everyone! I fell down a rabbit hole, and have been looking for hours on end for gavel to gavel/full coverage of the Ronnie Oneal murder trial. I am such a law nerd, and I'm dying to see this from beginning to end. Not clips. Not highlights. Full coverage! The camera silent staring at the floor before and after anything goes on the record type of coverage! Someone, PLEASE tell me you know where/how I can watch this! Thank you ahead of time :)
last week I got pulled over for an illegal window tint. I had just bought the car 2 weeks prior to getting pulled over. The stop was solely for the windows. When the officer informed me it was the windows I had told him I just bought the car and I was not aware that they were that dark and that I could get them changed. He came back with a citation with a fine of $55. Today, (one week after the initial stop) I went to go pay the fine at the village hall, I had paid it and went on my way. I had just left the parking lot and a few hundred feet down the road a cop pulls me over. He gets out and it is the same cop from before. He gets to the window and I gave him everything and asked why, it was for the windows. I told him I had just paid the fine 5 minutes ago and I was working on finding time between work and school to get them removed. He seems to have not have any understanding of the situation and gives me a state citation. Three times more than the original one at $164. I have a court date on the ticket, can I fight it? Do I have a chance? I just feel it is very unfair and that I could have a chance of overturning the situation. I under stand the window tint law, and I would understand more if I had put it on. But I wasn’t the one who did it and I bought it from the dealer like that. I even feel as if the initial stop should’ve been a warning and the second one a citation, I feel it’s a little harsh no? Especially after I had just left the village hall and paid it off, I think it shows effort of me trying to resolve the issue.
Backstory I’m 16 and going for an custody case for my dad being verbally abusing and in denial about my mental health my lawyer said I need to tell my story so the judge will understand from my point of view?
My father is suppose to appear in court next week and I was curious as to if he doesn’t show up(highly likely) if and where I can find out if he didn’t show as I am far away and won’t be able to attend
Hi folks -
I think I'd like to serve on a jury one day when I have time. However, it seems that every time I get called into the courtroom, I am never selected to go up to see the judge in the courtroom. When I ask why, I get the standard response: "it's entirely randomly selected by the computer."
Somehow I doubt that. In this last instance, for example, almost the entire room was selected to go up except me. I did ask to be dismissed, but they basically said that there were no guarantees. Could it be the way I was dressed? Do they have some records related to me ( e.g. political opinions - essentially a progressive, religion, associates, occupation - teacher, my hobbies/activity)?
How can I figure this one out?
