Cottagecore is an aesthetic depicting a simple, romanticized life in nature. It features themes of farm animals, earthy tones, soft illustrations, and more.
"Cottagecore, also known as farmcore, is an aesthetic based around the visual culture of an idealized life on a Western farm. Common themes include plants, animals, rural kitchens and straw."

Okay not sure where else to ask but I live in a very woodsy area with lots of farms and farm stands. There's many egg stands and a bakery stand near my house and i wanted to make a pickle stand for next year because I love making pickles. Problem is I have 0 creativity when it comes to thinking of cute names for these things so any ideas would be greatly appreciated
Even if it was incidental, someone pointed me to Maya Hotenko Dresses today and I am smitten.
I have been looking for something like the long culottes for travel! (The comfort of pants, but much more stylish and easily dressed up when needed.) And to be able to support a small maker in Ukraine makes it even better.
Thanks to this forum for bringing attention to such sweet clothing.
What niche interest group doesn't love to sound off? Here's your chance!
From what I can gather, it seems the "cozier" a craft is, the more cottagecore it is---baking, painting, sewing, bookbinding (anything to do with books, really) etc.---while on the other hand, I don't know if, say, metalworking or glassblowing would count. Arduino and Raspberry Pi are right out.
What do you say? What fits in most with the cottagecore vibe? Are there any activities or hobbies that just don't fit, in your opinion?
