Hi I've been researching some plastic surgeons to get a rhinoplasty done in Sydney, Australia. Does anyone have any experiences with Dr Chaithan Reddy, Dr George Marcells, Dr Sim Choroomi, or have recommendations? Looking to get my tip smaller, less bulbous and alars reduced.
So I just turned 26 and I am 2 weeks out from my most recent surgery and wanted to post an update. Top picture is before any surgery.
August 2023 - Rhino/septoplasty with a temporal brow lift. Considering tipplasty revision.
July 2024 - revision endoscopic medial and lateral browlift with canthoplasty
October 2024 (2 weeks ago to date) - Genioplasty
Hi! Can anyone recommend ways of evening out my lips? They seem thin in some bits, and off center too. One side seems to curve down like a rainbow, while the other curves up like a slide.
Injectables? Lip flip? any advice most welcome!
Hey guys,
I just had a question about derma filler under the eyes, as I am a bit confused with what I have seen online: I have heard it gets better over time? I got restylane under my eyes, and there is a difference, although maybe not as much as I would like? This was 4 days ago now, will it settle in more or over time or do I need to get it touched up? I got 2cc. Do you guys see a big difference? Thanks.

Hi everyone I am going to turkey in 5 weeks for a primary rhinoplasty Initially I was set on Dr Selim Turan but now I’m seeing more and more negative reviews does anyone have or know anyone that had a positive experience? Can anyone recommend another surgeon that is highly spoken of? It’s extremely difficult and confusing to choose a surgeon there’s so many and it can be so overwhelming
Can anybody tell me what’s wrong with my face? What can I do to get a more of a masculine look? Cosmetic procedures?🤷♂️ PS My face still looks like that with being sugar/carbs free.
About 8 months ago i got a nose job that i had been wanting since i was little. The big nose i had when i was younger i ended up growing into and liking especially when i got lip fillers & my face became very balanced, but i think because i always had it in my head i still wanted tweaks done to it. My original nose had a slight dorsal hump and was crooked so my nose looked a lot bigger and triangular from the left angle & i just wanted to be able to fix that especially because i was modeling and didn’t want to feel limited to only taking pics from one side. I’m fairly certain this procedure has either caused or exacerbated BDD. The doctor shaved down my hump and made my nose straighter, but from the front it is much shorter as he lifted the tip, and it’s fat and wide because he shaved it off. The bump made my bridge a lot skinnier and defined whereas now i feel like it looks like a blob and has thrown off my facial balance. The wideness of the bridge makes my eyes look further apart and almost sad. I even told him i didn’t mind the hump i just wanted my nose but a bit smaller and straighter. My expectations weren’t managed and there was an extreme lack of communication with the dr. I have a lot of people in my life telling me it looks “good” but I’ve also had a few negative reviews, especially in comments online. I don’t know how much of what I’m feeling is due to BDD and my obsession and fixation on it & how much of it is really how it looks but i know I am extremely uncomfortable with how i look now and would give anything to get my old greek nose back. Not to be dramatic but this has caused me to have very very dark thoughts over the past few months. It was even more horrible when it was still swollen everyday & i do feel a tiny bit better now that it’s more healed but at the same time i feel more hopeless because i held onto the idea that once it was healed i might like it & i don’t. My question is has anyone had a revision to try and emulate their old nose to some extent. I can’t find much online about people getting revisions to essentially put a bump back on using cartilage. I know I’ll never get my old nose back, but I would feel better knowing i could get somewhat close. I plan on talking to my original surgeon at my next post op about how I’m feeling and see about a revision. I would tell him i want the bridge built back up to make it a bit bigger (mind you i told him right before surgery that i was scared it was going to be too small, and it is) and skinnier, and i want my nose to look longer from the front. I would attach pics but i dont wanna put my pics on here. Pls help because this is consuming me.
'well it depends on the doctor entirely, like you do know that these doctors are often educated in other countries or travel alot right?' -> Fair enough. But I am still curious about your impressions anyway.
I''m 27, and just now slowly realising the damage that mouth breathing as a child/teen did to me. I had my nasal passage issues fixed last year, wish they had gotten checked ages ago.
Anyways, I have a not so terrible yet still noticeable "mouth breather" face - less forward lower lip, weak chin/jawline, tired eyes, nose going downward..
Obviously good breathing/posture isn't gonna change much now. What would be your advice? An "aestethic" doctor once suggested a chin filler but I wasn't convinced. I'm thinking a jaw surgery (ideally a not so heavy/intense one?) might bring a lot more harmony to the face.
Besides from these traits that I mentioned above, I was actually blessed with what I think were pretty decent genetics, looks wise. Mouth breathing as a kid did me dirty. Any advice appreciated.
Hi, im a 20f but i have a saggy face and some marked wrinkles for my age. I think its kinda due to my lifestyle (insomnia, bad alimentation, anxiety) but i tried to improve my apparence by eating better, drinking a lot of water and also tried facial massage and skin care but nothing seems to works. Is there a procedure to improve chubby/saggy face and smiles wrinkles on a natural looking result and that doesnt necessarily needs to be done once in a time?
So, I got fibroblast done on Friday morning and this AM, not thinking, with my face super itchy, I scratched it. I took off quite a few spots in the 11's zone. There are pretty dark red little circles there.
A had a few crusts fall off already on day 3, but it left little red spots.
I know you're not supposed to scratch, I just wasn't thinking when I woke up and was super itchy. I also had a shit day and rubbed my temples when I had a headache and noticed I took off some more spots on my temples, again without thinking, by accident.
I was great all weekend, babied my face like you wouldn't believe. Then between the itchies and signing on for a shit day at work, I think I fucked it up.
Has anyone else had residual spots after accidentally taking off some spots?
Did anyone else have lil red spots even after they fell off on their own?
Hey everyone! I’m set to have my tummy tuck surgery in mid-January 2025, and as the date approaches, I’m starting to think about all the ways I can prepare to make my recovery as smooth as possible. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through this journey or has helpful insights.
What I’m Looking For:
1. Pre-Surgery Prep: Are there any routines, exercises, or mental prep that helped you feel ready for the big day?
2. Must-Have Supplies: Any essentials you’d recommend for home recovery? I’m talking pillows, specific types of clothing, creams, or anything else you found helpful!
3. Post-Surgery Hacks: What made your recovery easier? Did you find any creative ways to stay comfortable, manage pain, or maintain mobility?
4. Diet and Hydration Tips: Are there foods or drinks that were especially helpful before and after surgery? I’d love to know how to prep my body for healing.
5. Mental Health: Any advice on staying positive and managing expectations through the recovery period?
Thank you so much in advance for your help! This is a big step for me, and I really appreciate any advice from those who have been through it.
I got my boobs done in turkey 11 weeks ago this Tuesday. I can still feel stitches under my skin, some bits feel jaggy & it’s causing me slight pain. Is this normal or happened to anyone before? Please help
1 week after my HA lip filler I was eating and my tooth hit my lip now I feel a little lump in the inner corner of my bottom lip and it’s been 5 days it’s still there . I can’t see it but I can feel it , it doesn’t hurt at all . I have an appt with my injector in a few days will she be able to massage it out 2 weeks post lip injection
This is my first time getting lip filler. I received 1/2 syringe. Fully trust my nurse injector and I have texted her to make sure this bruising is normal and not a vascular occlusion but haven’t heard back just yet. Not having any pain other than tightness when tightening the upper lip.
How long was genioplasty recovery for you?
Anyone have stiffness/tightness 5months post op that is worse in the heat? How do you navigate chronic discomfort whenever you move your mouth? I have to be so strong minded to try and ignore it but it’s constant. Feels like a big paper cut right in the middle of my lip in the gum beside the incision.
Very very Tight and stiff under the lip in the latimol fold
Maybe this is normal for 5months and it just needs more time?
Whistling or making the kiss face is extremely uncomfortable. Feels like it’s full of cement
Surgeon says it’s scar tissue and he said I can have steroid shots to see if that helps… he says it may never go back to how it was before surgery… I just don’t understand why tho. Did he make a mistake?
I need to leave Mexico soon but I feel anxious leaving where my surgeon is located when I’m still worried about feeling constantly uncomfortable. Maybe I should just see another surgeon in my home country?
Hello, I’m 53 and considering laser resurfacing (Fraxel) for my face. I’m hoping to diminish crows feet, dark spots and tighten facial skin. I know the procedure produces injury to the skin and requires about a week of recovery.
I’m just hoping to hear experiences from others who have had this procedure done. Would love to know if you felt it was worth it and what your results were.
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
Liposuction typically removes 8-10 kg of fat safely. Exceeding this can impact recovery and increase risks. For those wanting multiple areas treated, such as arms or thighs, you can schedule another session after 3-4 months for optimal safety.

40, fine lines and sagging around mouth, looks worse with makeup and horrible in certain lighting. Achieved very subtle results with microneedling and HA/biostimulator injections, now considering laser, chemical peel, mini face lift, etc. I thought of filler but multiple clinics didn't recommend it, as it might change my face structure and look puffy. Advice please?
