I’m trying to decide between a breast lift or breast augmentation. After weight loss and breastfeeding, my breasts have lost some volume and shape. I’m not sure if I need a lift to restore the shape, or if augmentation could give me the fullness I want without the lift.

Has anyone here had either (or both)? How did you decide what was right for you, and what were the results like?

curious how this procedures affect dancer skill, fast twitch muscles, quick sharp movements, movement quality, technique, flexibility, etc!! any input appreciated.. thanks! :)

I’m in my 30’s and struggling with a perpetually chubby face. I’ve tried general weight loss and dropped 20lbs, but my face is still as chubby as it was when I was a teenager! The rest of my body is thin and all my fat is stuck in my face! Wondering if anyone has found success with any cosmetic procedures to help dissolve or remove face fat. I’ve heard of some injections that dissolve it, and buccal fat removal, but am open to all suggestions. Any advice helps!

My lips are the biggest insecurity I have, I find them so odd/asymmetrical and the top lip is just weird. I would love lip filler if it ever looked natural on anyone but it doesn’t, I can always tell if someone has even half a syringe. I’ve had multiple lip flips, they only look nice when I’m smiling there’s no difference when my face is relaxed. I would like them to be fuller on the sides of my top lip or maybe just bigger in general but I don’t trust anyone to make them look natural. I over line them every day and getting tired of that, considering an overlined lip blush pmu? Need help deciding.

I had a bad septorhinoplasty almost 2 years ago. The surgeon convinced me my slight hump was an issue. My nose was crooked that’s all I wanted fixed however my nose with hump removal is very straight and thin. Although not concave it looks it from some angles. A surgeon told me I need spreader grafts and an onlay grafts which he can use my septum for. Has anyone had an onlay grafts?

I (33F) have very deep gluteal depressions on both buttocks caused by quinine IM injection given when I was 8years . It has affected my confidence all my life and I've come to terms that I need to get it correct either thru tatoos, Surgery or excercise, problem is, I can't find enough information out here. I’m one day post op after a Deep Extended Facelift. Everywhere I read people have said the pain is minimal, but I am so uncomfortable with this tightness and tender soreness. I went back to the Doctor’s Office for the first of my 3 post surgery visits. The Nurse said everything looks fine. They prescribed me Narcotics today, but the pain meds just make me feel loopy. I was not expecting this amount of tightness and tenderness cuz on Social Media people boast about the minimal pain. I know I’m only on my second day, but I’m so scared. I have my next appointment on Friday.

I have dark, hallow undereye circles and very thin skin.

I don't want to do filler.

I went to a medspa to ask about PRP injections and she recommended "carboxy therapy" instead. She said I would have to do 6 treatments, each 5 days apart, and it would give better results than PRP. The total price is way less than PRP, which she also does, so it wasn't an upsell, which makes me inclined to trust her but... has anyone heard of this?

I have terrible under eye bags and dark circles. A few years ago I had PRP done and the plasma injections lasted several months. It was fairly cheap but I’d like something a little more long term even if it was more expensive. What are my options?

There was a long wait, however, the staff went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I left happy. The best aspect of my visit was the attentive staff. Dr Ourian and Zoe have great chairside manners! Professional, competent, and caring. There was also another clinician (I cannot recall her name, I think it started with a D) who was also very helpful in reviewing post-op instructions to help maximize my results. i want to get nose filler to help with the bump and droopiness or should i just save up for a nose job help, i hate my nose!!

This vein that connects my mouth to my chin/jaw (“facial vein”) is something that has always really bothered me, I’m 20 and have always felt like my jaw on this half my face is pretty sunken/flat whereas my other side has a good amount of fat and muscle. I feel like it draws attention to this asymmetry and makes me look like I have marionette lines from certain angles. I’m not sure if I want to go the filler route and have to keep getting it redone, would a small implant fix this issue?
