Today I turned on the PC, and the mouse cursor simply works normally, until I press any button on the mouse, the mouse did not suffer any damage such as bumps or falls, I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, can anyone help?

Trying to find additional hard drive pegs for my NR200.

At this point, I may try to find plain #6-32 set screws that don't have a cap or head and use those instead. They just won't stop at the proper depth.

Why does it take so long for people to respond/act on an email to take care of support. It seems like I have an AI chat bot responding to my email but if they did that they should at least be faster. This is by far the worst support process from any company i have dealt with. What could be a quick 15 min chat or 5 min call has taken 4 business days and I’m no closer than I was last week. This is an embarrassment and leaves a sour taste for future perspective buyers of any products. Hope to whomever buys a product from coolermaster in the future it just works and you don’t have to go through this.

Hi! I bought an used C700P Case for an awesome price. But surely the aRGB controller cable is missing an a dude in a case King store told me on this specific CM Controller the casual 4 Pin cables don't fit.

Now, where to get this specific cable to connect this controller with my motherboard? (I hope this controller does even work)

Or are there other ways to make the RGB stripes of the case to work? I got an Asus Rob Strix Z790-A motherboard, does I even need an RGB controller?

Or could I use ANY RGB controller to address the RGB case stripes?

Choosing an aRGB fan from the Cooler Master lineup to replace 2 fans that came with the Kraken 240 for a new build.

Choosing between Sickleflow Edge 120 and Mobius 120 aRGB.

Which of these would offer better rad cooling performance?

For the record I have experience with the Edge fans as I own a 360 ATMOS. But unfortunately I can’t take the fans as they are in use. So I would gladly buy two more and choosing which one is better.

I've searched up other posts around this but not finding any specific clarification on parts used to swap out the AIO and case fans on the NCore 100 Max. I'd like to drastically reduce the noise if I can, so would the following achieve that?

Corsair SF750 Platinum. Noctua NF-A12x25 (Case and AIO). Noctua NF-A12x15 (if the above doesn't fit for the AIO).

Is there any other adaptations that can be made to add another fan somewhere to help draw out heat and help it run cooler/quieter?

I have the Strix B650E-I board so would likely need a fan controller if it's possible to add more.

I have the cooler mater h500p case and hate the front 200mm fans strictly because of the RGB control. I want to swap them out with 3 120mm Corsair fans but not sure if its doable, it looks like i can for sure put 2 on but would have to remove panel above hard drive holder and would leave a little gap at the top of the fans. Anyone done this or know if its doable in any way? thanks

Hey yall! I've been using my GM27-CF for a quite a while now and I want to get myself a double monitor arm, but my VESA 75x75 brackets have gone missing. Does anyone know where I could buy replacements for it, because at the moment I did not see the brackets in the E-store.

I have a spare, perfectly good Cooler Master SFX V850 PSU lying around that I'd like to use for another system. I got it because I thought my other V850 was faulty (turned out it was the motherboard), but I got the second V850 second-hand without the modular cables.

I contacted CM about a new set of cables, but nope. They don't have those/refuse to sell them. "Keep an eye on our European store" and all I've seen until now it the occasional singular motherboard cable, a far fetch from a full set.

In comparison, recently I contacted Fractal Design about getting an additional pack of accessories for one of their cases (HDD-fasteners, etc.) and no questions asked, they sent me a complete package of all stuff that came with the case originally free of charge. It seems like they truly care about having their products last as long as possible.

Now, I don't expect CM to start shipping around everything and all stuff around the globe for free, but am I wrong to expect such a company which offers (generally) quality products to at least try to not make PSU-units obsolete by not offering (paid) replacement cables? I totally understand that a full set of PSU cables is quite uncommon to ask for, but imagine just one of the modular cables being faulty; according to CM your whole PSU is now a paperweight.

Yes, I know about AliExpress, but I'd rather go with CM original cables for safety, and all AliExpress offers is individual cables that are limited to one per order, which makes no sense for PCIe and SATA power cables. I've also had quite bad experiences with products and delivery from AliExpress and derivative stores.
