I currently have my GPU installed vertically at the level of side panel bracket (as per manual of the case).

But want to move my GPU down and use the side panel bracket to install 240mm radiator.

So was thinking about using the vertical holder kit V3 from Cooler Master.

Can that kit be installed inside such case?

so I have a ch331 and I installed the Masterplus. when I first opened the program, the 7.1 feature was off. and I turned it on. but do I need to run the program all the time to have it enabled?

Hello I want to ask, can I save RGB profile settings on Device Cooler Master? So if the software is closed RGB lights are still in the settings I made, such as Corsair and Logitech I can save the light settings on my device.

The MA824 stealth comes with a fan splitter, my motherboard has two CPU fan headers. Do I use the splitter, or do I utilize both fan headers? I feel like there is a simple answer to this question, but I haven't had the time to look through the manual to see if there are instructions for this.

Received as a gift in 2022. Some keys are super sensitive,, and some keys won't work until you press them several times. Allso some keys that don't seem to work will suddenly start typing on their own..

I see I'm not alone in this issue. Since I dont' have the receipt, customer service was no help. In case I was to find it, did customer service give y'all a refund or did you have to send it off? If you sent it off, did you fix it?

This is so frustrating. I'll never use anything from them again..

Hi, I have MF120 Halo White Edition Case fans by Cooler Master. My RGB lights are not working how I set them. For example, when I set to static white, it turns red. Most colors turn red except blue and green as far as I know. Spectrum is also mostly red. RGB has been working fine for almost a year now until yesterday when I opened the dust filters to clean them, which shouldn't cause a problem I think since I didn't mess with the wire connections. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Just want to share my workaround for this problem since there is no volume control option in the Masterplus+ software.

1. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/ install this
2. Go to Keyboard Manager, then turn the toggle ON for the Keyboard Manager.
3. Select Remap Shortcuts.
4. In the Physical Shortcuts, clicking on the pen icon or something, then on the keyboard press your shortcut for Volume Up.
5. In the Mapped For, you can select Volume Up.
6. The Target Apps should be empty (it is all apps by default).
7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for Volume Down.
8. Go to Masterplus+ app, select the button shortcut option called "KEYBOARD" then enter the same shortcuts as the ones you have mapped just now.

Done.

There are quite a lot of negative expiriences with Cooler Master support here so I wanted to share positive one.

I have ML240 Illusion AIO that comes with LED controller A1. After about 1,5 years controller stopped working so I opened ticket with Cooler Master and they directed me to contact shop where I bought cooler which I did. Shop said that they must test what is wrong and required me to send them whole product (not just controller but also cooler). After I told tham that thet doesn't make any sense and that cooler is working fine they still insisted I must send controller and cooler.

After that I contacted Cooler Master again (ticket was still open) and explained what is going on, few message later they instructed me to request RMA but to explain that I need just controller which I did.

Few days later I got message that they will send me new controller which they did.

Whole process lasted a bit longer than I would have liked but ultimately they solved my problem, so well done Cooler Master.

1rst one:

It doesn't have the H.D.LED CABLE.

Is this a problem ? It has only power led + the power led - the POWER SW and the RESET SW.

I bought this keyboard towards the end of '23 as my previous keyboard decided to die on me and randomly push buttons or not register a button being pushed... Anyway, about a month ago one of my Cats decided she was not getting enough attention and decided to lay down on this brand new keyboard.

She pushed almost every button at the same time and since that day, my keyboard will randomly shut down the lighting. In the middle of a game, the keyboard just goes black and then I have to pause (if it's not a Multiplayer game like Destny 2 etc) and then open the MasterPlus software which tells me "Diable SYSTEM POWER mode?"

Once I do that, the lighting comes back on until I go back to my game and it turns off the lights again. This is becoming very annoying and I really want to find a way to permanently turn off this "SYSTEM POWER" mode.

I sent my GP27 monitor back to Coolermaster via an approved RMA and its been stuck at the "Product Received" step since early February. Tried raising a ticket for an update and it was closed without a response, then opened a second one and its stayed open for months as well. Any suggestions at what I can try next? Anyone else having this problem?

Just wondering if anyone know where the HDD LED is in this case? Is it the LED around the power button? Because it stays still, It does not show HDD activity i.e. doesn't blink. I connected the unified cables (A plastic bit holding all buttons and led cables), in the mainboard. Do I have to swap the negative positive cable for the HDD LED?

Hey folks! I know it's out of stock everywhere, but is it possible to find it anywhere? For the past 10 years I tried dozens of different mouse pads, but MP510 is the one that really hit the nail on the head for me. But now it's gone everywhere and I would literally buy a stack of them L/XL size. Does anyone know where I could possible look for one? US/EU/ME regions work for me (I move around occasionally).

I'm planning to upgrade my PC case from a Thermaltake S300 to the Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 for better airflow. I have a 360mm AIO cooler and a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Trinity OC, and I'd appreciate any advice, insights, or experiences you might have with this case and these components.

Some specific questions I have:

1. Given that I have a 360mm AIO cooler, would you recommend mounting it in the front or top of this case for the best cooling performance?
2. Considering the GPU clearance of 410mm, will my Zotac 3080 Ti fit comfortably in this case? Are there any potential compatibility issues I should be aware of?
3. With the mesh front panel and the 3 pre-installed ARGB fans, how well does this case perform in terms of airflow and cooling, especially with a high-end GPU like the 3080 Ti?
4. For those who have built in this case, how was your experience with cable management, particularly with a 360mm AIO and a large GPU?
5. Are there any other cases you would recommend for excellent airflow and compatibility with my 360mm AIO and Zotac 3080 Ti?

did the maker mess something up or am i just not understanding how to mount it

I have had a horrible experience with Cooler Masters lack luster customer service and their power supply units which threaten to burn the house down. I would not recommend them as their representatives have been unprofessional and minimally helpful and their products may pose a risk to your life.

My PSU suddenly began to smell like burning wires while I was lightly using my computer, no high load or any signs showing that the PSU was going to have problems. I hadn’t even had the PSU for a year and so I barely got my moneys worth and now I’ll have to pay shipping on this defective trash which could have burnt my house down.

I called to begin the warranty process and was led around by the representative. They had me send photos of the invoice including the serial number to the service representatives email. This ultimately didn’t seem to serve a purpose as he contacted someone else and after the fact they provided a link to where I had to sign up and manually go through the entire process. The representative was impatient while I tried to provide him the relevant information on the phone. He kept pressuring me to end the call while I took a brief moment to send the invoice. It was rather frustrating and ultimately he ended the call before I had all my questions asked, but after the fact another representative sent me a link to manually enter in the information for the RMA and I was able to deal with it myself.

After I waited for the RMA to be validated they sent me the relevant information two days later. I had some questions about the RMA process since I rely on my computer for college and am currently without it due to their faulty unit. I was put in contact with a representative which I could hardly hear. Their microphone was barely picking up their voice and all I could hear was the garbled noise of people and other activities in the background which made the entire process painful and difficult.

Now I am expected to ship the broken product back and pay for shipping after spending my valuable time dealing with their unprofessional representatives, diagnosing the issues caused by their faulty power supply unit which couldn’t even last a year, and now I am stuck without a computer to do my homework.

I am also worried that they’re going to send me another faulty power supply or send mine back ‘repaired’ and burn my house down. I don’t think I’ll be able to buy another Cooler Master product with how awful their customer service has been through what should be a simple process.
