What is the difference between Pinus Pinea and Pinus Pinea "Silver Crest". Is it the same species but with a fancy name ? I have done extensive googling and did not find any information at all.
Is this a type of Sequoia? Was in awesome seeing this in San Diego County.
Eastern hemlock, balsam fir, white spruce, red spruce, and black spruce
Has two needles per fascicles and small black/purple cones. Saw it in Lunenberg.
I love the looks of weeping conifers that can be directed but some are slow growers. What’s the fastest?
Two needles per fascicles. It is bush like, not tall
Its my second day of attempting to grow two pine/spruce trees.
I've decided to start growing what I believe to be an evergreen and a blue spruce. I won't know for sure until they grow, though!

Is this tree too far gone?
This Arizona Cypress has gone from thriving to this in 2 months. It was left unattended, with only 1x week deep water. Not sure the exact issue yet (been treated for pests & fungus). It's endured some serious heat stress but did fine last summer.
Before trying any other intervention, is it I'm even possible to come back? This looks very bleak.
If so, what's the next step to try?
Thanks in advance (gardening newbie, please be kind)
I need some help. I recently (legally) acquired longleaf pine seeds in northeast Florida, but I’m finding conflicting information on the best way to germinate. The instructions they came with said plant and wait up to two months to germinate. Other places say to cold/moist stratify? Scarify? Anyone know the best way for sure? I want to do my part in restoring longleafs in NE Florida. Thank you.
I have this conifer that starts from the ground. Would it be better if I cut the bottom branches and opened it up like 4 feet? Would it look funny?
