Artists/writers/musicians/animators/etc. can advertise their services/commissions here. Buyers can request specific things they'd like to buy.

Artists feel free to post an introduction with the tag [ARTIST], a link to your portfolio, any info about work you've done and of course prices for various types of commission, a sort of "menu" if you will... eg Caricatures - $25 (include 2 photos of your face), Superhero pencil and ink on letter-sized paper - $40, etc.
Buyers feel free to post requests for specific art/characters with the tag [REQ], specify what you're willing to pay, the style of art you would like it to be (reference links or artist names appreciated), and any deadline you might have, eg a birthday (keeping in mind some artists can take 2-4 months to work up a larger piece to perfection, you'll thank them for it when it's looking sweet on your wall though).
