Finally got everything together after moving house and having more space for the comics (and normal books too). Put the bigger and more special books in the living room, the others are in a different room. Got Kallax bookcases on a metal undercarriage. Getting Transmetropolitan 3 and Promethea 1 in the reprints. Waiting for the Dark Victory reprint :D.
I'm looking for a new bookshelf to begin shelving my still growing graphic novel/comic book collection. Does anyone have any suggestions on billy style shelves that are sag resistant? I want to ensure this shelving unit doesn't have to be replaced in 3years. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. cheers!
Starting my collecting the second week of September. I think I got the bug!!
The floppy collection keeps growing so I figured it was time to upgrade my storage a bit & I couldn’t resist the box being like 50% off. Looks so dope on my shelf
Awkward angle because I had to work around my bed.
Plus some non-comic books. No where else to keep them 🤷♂️ what can you do.
I’ve gotten back into collecting this past year and enjoy it immensely, but I don’t have anyone to share it with. Anyone else prefer Comic Capsules over top-loaders and being graded? And do you think I should change anything to my setup or how I should add to the display?
Hi everyone, I’ve done the research and already know the IDEAL temperature and humidity for comic book storage. But I live in hot and humid Texas so electricity would be too expensive to keep temps below 70°F. Is a range of 75-78°F and humidity of 40-46° going to be ok for my books?
