As the title says, looking for a reliable business or individual to clear the sidewalk, driveway, and walkway to the front door within 24 hours of snowfall. We're senior citizens and looking for a business that does it reliably and consistently. I've looked, and most seem to handle commercial business only. Located between Interquest and North Gate, just east of I25. TIA
What good has she done for the city?
All I have noticed is she cares more about her catering business than the city

This is Mozart. He is a loving gentle dog that needs a home!🥰🐶 He does have seizures, but they are being controlled with medication. I personally have had a dog that had seizures, and I really did not have any issues once he was on the medication, so don’t let that scare you! Also, the medication is not expensive since it is what is used for humans.😁
Please stop by and meet him and the other dogs available for adoption from the San Luis Valley Animal Welfare Society!
Friendly reminder, folks, that handicapped parking spots are for persons with disabilities who have mobility issues. They exist so that we don’t have to walk so far to the door, since we generally have trouble walking. That’s the whole point of those placards/spots. They do not exist for you to park in to “run in the store real quick,” or drop off your DD or GH food order. It is illegal to park in these designated spots if you are not disabled. The fine for it is $350. When you hog a space and you are not disabled/don’t have a placard displayed, you are actively violating the civil rights of persons with disabilities. You make life more difficult for us when you do this. We don’t make your life more difficult. Maybe show the same respect? My daughter is 13. She has never crawled or walked. I have to push her around in her wheelchair. She and the chair weigh 120 lbs. I’m pushing it after I’ve already loaded/unloaded her into her car seat, and I’m already worn out, back is breaking, etc. Only to pull in to my place of residence and there is some food delivery person or whomever, in the handicapped spot that I need to unload my kid and get her into the door from. If I say something to this person, the general reply is to call me some nasty name and curse at me and maybe ask me who I think I am. REALLY? There are a lot of very rude, entitled people in this city. I’ve lived in three different states with this child, and Colorado citizens are by far the WORST about this. Please be mindful and try to have more respect for disabled people. Thanks! Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi all,
I just wanted to say that I had the best Halloween I've had in my whole life.
I grew up not celebrating Halloween, and had my first few trick-or-treaters a few years ago (I lived in apartments before then).
This year, I moved into a (rented) house in Old North End.
You guys, it was crazy. I had 1000+ pieces of candy ($150!) and went through it in about 90 minutes. My neighbor estimates around 3,000 trick-or-treaters each night, and I'd believe it.
I want to give a special shout out to the kiddo dressed as a toilet, complete with flushing handle. You put the candy in the bowl. And his mom, the toilet brush. You were... literally sparkling. From the christmas tree garland.
I hope you all had a great one. My face still hurts from smiling so much. Everyone was kind, courteous, friendly, and positive. Happy Halloween.
Now onto the most important holiday of the year: Half Price on Less Popular Candy Day.
How’s the ground look like? Is it rocky? Or is it soft? Going to be working in the area in a few months (potholing services and directional drilling) and wanting to find out what I’m gonna be dealing with.
The fuck
Happy Halloween COS! I am pretty sure the owners of this house have moved, but they used to put on an epic spooky display.
Just got a new set of steel tip darts but I’m new in town and don’t know many of the local holes in the wall.
Does anyone have recommendations for bars with Bristol dart boards? I’ve only found bars with the plastic electric boards so far.
Hello everyone! I’m visiting from Houston and would love to shop some local guitar stores or record stores. Any recommendations? Thank you all. This city is beautiful.
EDIT/UPDATE: The issue is being reported as with Stratus, not underline. EDIT/UPDATE: A poster claiming to be an official Stratus representative is reporting that a piece of equipment that is outside their network failed which caused the outage.
Our connection to Underline Internet went down about 30 minutes ago.
I get an error when I try to get to the login page on their website for accounts.
Calling just goes to an answering machine.
Is anyone else with Underline Internet having service issues?
Has anyone else been able to reach them about it?
Im 18 and wondering what events or something happening tonight
I am curious about the way that Colorado Springs and Fountain work on a government level? Like does the Springs mayor and city council oversee the city of Fountain or does Fountain have its entirely separate city government. Who decides what is/is not allowed in Fountain? I realize I could technically google this, but civics has never been my strong point and it just seems to go right over my head.
More specifically, this question is in reference to the weed issues on the local ballot. My address is technically in Fountain, so my ballot doesn't have the city measures about allowing weed sales. But if Fountain is a separate entity from the Springs, has Fountain also banned the sale of rec weed? Does the Springs ban extend to Fountain? And if so, why don't residents of Fountain get to vote on the weed issues in the Springs election?
it’s my daughters second halloween but first that she’ll be walking around and aware for, what can i take her to do aside from trick or treating?
my nail tech is moving to Germany in a couple months. looking for a tech that does structured gel manicures. wanting to stay away from acrylic, as the structured gel doesn’t lift like acrylic does and keeps my nails strong
I'm visiting colorado springs for a few days and I would like any suggestions/advise as to where to go to smoke cannabis?
My hotel does not allow smoking, so there's that. There were too many people around at garden of the gods so I couldn't there. hope to find a nice quiet and beautiful place to get high.. Thanks to those that answer! 🙂
I have been going to Vasa off palmer park and after the other night I had just had enough. I work full time and I am in school full time and can only go after work hours, which is obviously going to be the busy. Looking for a different gym that is less crazy crowded, but Crunch seems a little sketch and I am planning on moving in April/May so wanting something fairly easy to cancel and with no annual commitment.
How busy after work (4pm-6pm) is the Planet Fitness off Airport or the one on Powers?
