I came back for wotlk, with my horde main on Firemaw. but since everyone left from horde I can’t stay either . My question is ,should I take the free transfer blizzard giving me to hydraxian waterlords RP !! , or wait ,and hope that they open it to some other servers? (There is like a week left till launch and i really don’t wanna stay here to get bullied by the alliance as the only single horde. )I rather quit I swear than pay 25 euros for a transfer for a fuck up that they did ..so saying all that ,I will probably end up taking the free transfer and roll on a dead RP server where I can quest and lvl to 80 atleast .. thanks blizz

TLDR; Am I in the wrong for giving a spellhance shaman the Skull of Gul'Dan off Illidan over a warlock?
Just curious what the community thinks.

My brother (rogue) found himself with an Illidan only lockout, told me to log in to help tank / raid lead it; not a problem, as I am the GM/MT/RL for my guild. Filled the group within 20 mins with this exact post.

"POPUP ILLIDAN ONLY - Quick Run - MS > OS - Offhand HR - Main hand OPEN ROLL"

Offhand was for my brother so he could complete his set, didn't care about any other loot.

With skull and MH being open roll, filled really quick and guild supplied the 2 tanks. We 1 shot the boss and we only had one warlock in full greens as a boost.

Skull drops and I post in RW, MS > OS. All casters roll and enhance sham rolls a 99. All the casters put question marks after inspecting him and he says he's spellhance and that the trinket will be essentially bis until Naxx. A few minutes pass where I'm whispering the shaman and a ton of people are calling him a meme and lulspec. I give it to the shaman because theoretically it is for his main spec and I cant really argue that. Am I in the wrong for giving a spellhance shaman skull over actual casters? 2nd highest roll was a warlock (not the one in greens btw).

Afterwards I was berated with whispers about how I don't know how to lead a raid and that people wont forget my name. The enhance shaman was a pug, not a guildie.

So I have been getting mixed answeres and the hunter discord has straight up ignored me every time I post the question. Does hunter need this "Auto shot macro"? I'm pretty new but I know its required in retail any answeres or input would be great thank you!

Does anyone have any resources to learn the real nitty gritty aspects of classes? I can find basic stuff on classes via icy veins etc but I'm looking to really master the game and wondered if there is any sites that provide this. Anything such as macros, certain advanced tips to help people maximise their knowledge and min max their ability.

I can't find anything to confirm that on wowhead or google but swear that was true. I just can't remember if it was base kit, talent, or set bonus perk

When I kill people in BG or out in the world it tells me their rank like HK: Private. Is there a way to view my rank and or progress to the next? I googled it all I can find is its in the group finder and its just not. Its just people names, rolls, levels. No ranking and nothing to do with me esp.

Just started WotLK Classic and i want to know if my fren can somehow boost my character (in termls of lvl)?

I cant find any info as to why these no longer seem to incap? I had a lot of fun with them in Classic, now back for the WotLK Pre-Patch and the tooltip still states: '...and incapacitates targets for 3 seconds' although it does not incap against players or mobs, at least for me.

Nades used to be a lot of fun, I just don't understand why the tooltip remains unchanged if they have been nerfed.

When did this happen? Anyone able to provide some accurate info?(Everything I google ends up leading to very outdated information)

Bug? Intended? Silent Nerf?

Decided to get into playing classic and I'm a little unsure at what class to decide on I mainly played only Death Knight back in the day and I'm a little unsure at what to pick, I will be playing DK at some point but I'm thinking of picking up another class to level through and try things I didn't back then. I'm thinking warrior, pally, shaman, lock or mage. I was thinking of playing what I play in retail but I think maybe they won't feel the same

Title states it. I have the very first one every released. Its linked through my account and is visable online in my bnet portal.

The problem is i cant utilize the note section on the current lfg tool, it requires you to utilize their mobile desktop version of an authenticator if one is not already in place. My account stated i have one linked already so i am unsure what to do. Ive submitted a ticket, but who knows how long that will take.

Have any of you encountered this? Anyone have ideas on how to fix it? Does anyone else have the original authenticator? Lol

"glaive HR" sounds like your just asking 19 ppl to come boost you for a glaive to me. same for 5 mans, "need all 4, this item HR"

"is it stupid" does not = "should it be allowed".. "make your own raid" isnt even an answer to the question but i should ahve seen that coming a mile off. same for the "dont join hur dur", clearly i wouldnt if this is what i think. the whiney arses keep stacking up with the odd assumptions in comments like

Yea its one of those 'help choose my main' posts : / .. i know..

So due to IRL stuff (2 year old kid, new born on its way) i wont have time raiding. Not in a raiding guild at least, i could pug some raids.

I mainly just solo Queu battlegrounds and it gives me tons of fun. I might try arena, but it will be casual and nothing high ranked.

With the above in mind, i'd recon it'll be best to pick a caster. Casters always get in pugs faster, specially in Wrath of The MeleeKing. (dks, palli etc everywhere)

Casters also have it slightly easier when solo queuing in battlegrounds and not having a pocket healer with you.

That said, i like the following casters:

• Balance druid
• Mage
• Ele shaman
• Destro Warlock
• Hunter (not a caster, but ranged)

i dislike afflic /spriest, dont like the DoT classes that much, i like big numbers :)

With dual spec in wotlk i guess its nice to have a class that could offheal or offtank to get into heroic dungeons faster. I played alot of hunter in TBC and finding a group for a heroic could take hours Q_Q.

So that leaves Balance druid and Ele shaman, Which would fit my needs most? What are you're thoughts ?
