I know it's early and only 10 games have been played, but Necas is tied for 8th in scoring in the NHL and is only 3 point back from the leader. He is also currently breaking the franchise record for points/game, as well assists/game, and is on pace for 134 points. If he can be anywhere near this consistent for the remainder of the season, we are witnessing scoring not seen since Eric Staal and potentially a legendary season.

Just checking with the community: how do you feel about the PGT’s lately? I don’t provide stats or anything, and go for a caricature of a revival minister because I think it’s more fun. Are you cool with that, or would you like something to change? I’ve been the PGT guy for a good bit now, so just welcoming in criticism.

Was looking at Novembers games and noticed we play the Panthers for the first time this season back to back on Friday the 29th Home, then Saturday the 30th in Florida. 13 hours between start times. I know there’s always a few back to back games for each team but don’t ever recall an instance where we played the same team two days in a row.

Yup, that was me having no clue where the flag pieces were. Yup, my wife definitely fell on the ice in front of thousands. And yes, I let my wife win!
