Can I claim warranty of a discontinued Calculator like fx-991 Ex. Please ans as soon as possible
Hey, I recently made it so the menu for "pop ups menus" is now just soft key menus. For example when I press SYMB the options will just be on the soft keys instead of in a pop up menu. I remember seeing somewhere being able to enlarge this menu quickly to be able to see the full names of the options on the soft key menus. Anyone know what it is? Thanks!
Despite my modest collection I don't have a single calculator capable of solving simultaneous equations (be it with a dedicated solver or just matrix operations) if the coefficients are complex numbers. I thought my 991MS could but it can't.
Can a 991CW do it? What are my options for something cheap? Thanks.
Like the title says I am looking for a graphing calculator to buy for Christmas that has nearly all functions different versions of a graphing calculator may have. I am looking for one that will take me through highschool and through college (physics, calculus, algebra, etc, hopefully with an emphasis on physics). It can be somewhat pricy I just need one with most functions and one that has all the regular functions that say a typical scientific calculator may have (I believe most graphing calculator will have those features anyways but it might be worth mentioning).
I dont care about whether a graphing calculator is good for beginners as I can always search up explanations and tutorials. Also I'm tired of using godamn demos and having to switch between tabs.
If anyone has some good suggestions, recommendations, or some advice I will gladly take it. Again the calculator doesn't have to be cheap. Thanks in advance!
I'm in the market for a scientific calculator that can handle fractions but has a backlit display, what would you suggest?
I don't fancy a graphics calculator as I won't be graphing anything on it tbh!
I just wish my most used calculator (Calculated Industries 4088) had a backlit display.
Got my Casio Graph Math+ today. 🎉 It has firmware 01.00.2202 – is this the latest? Wasn’t able to find any official Casio web page with information about firmwares let alone a downloadable version. Anyone has such a link for me? 😳 Thx! 🙏
Using the canon f-789sga When taking the integral of 12π√(9/4)(4-x²) with limits -2 to 2 i got the answers for comp mode 355.30 and line mode 355.46, why does that happen? I discovered line mode just today and is a time saver when solving integrals but when it gives answer difference like this it makes me doubt it at times.
I want to give a calculator to a very esteemed engineering professor. He always uses one of the TI84 emulators on his phone to do quick calculations, and after seeing the Swissmicro DM32, I thought it would be a great idea to give him a compact calculator that he can carry around and use, with all the functions he might enjoy. The price of the DM32 is too steep, though, and I was looking at other options including the 32Sii, but I can't find a decently priced one. Are there any other options that might fit a budget of under 100€?
Could anybody help me get the answer to this equation in HP PRIME G2?
I tried using approx() and expand(), but I can only get fsolve as an answer. If I type fsolve directly instead of solve i get the same answer.
I have exact unticked in CAS settings
Is there any way to get the answer using solve instead of inverse distribution?
I’m designing my own handheld, arbitrary precision 4-function calc. Given i will be using a backlit 144x32 monochrome (white on black) dot-matrix display, i would like to hear some things y’all would find useful on a 4-function calculator to make it more useful/user-friendly, since i have much more freedom with what I can put on the screen.
I’ll start: one thing i would love to see on a 4-func is the ability to view the contents of your memory without actually having to recall it into your entry line.
Hi all,
I’m currently in a chemistry class and I’ve been having lots of problems with my calculator lately. Whenever I input scientific notation into my calculator, for example: 1.08 x (3.335 x 10^-30), it doesn’t give me an answer and instead produces syntax error. I notice this happens every single time I work with scientific notation. It’s very inconvenient since in chem, we work with a lot of scientific notation (mostly in every problem) and I’m not able to do my work as this keeps happening. Is there any way I can fix this? Thank you for any help that you guys can provide.
I know I can count on you. Thanks,
Hi Yall-
I feel silly being here but I cant for the LIFE of me get my TI-30XS to stop doing scientific notation, I just want the actual answer. Ive tried switching to different modes and nothing changes, Please help.
Can HP Prime solve for a variable within a domain, such as solve for x when n > 2, or solve for multiple variables (if 2x + y/x-2y = 3, solve for x+y/x-y)
i use casio fx 991Es plus and if i go into a specific mode from the menu it works fine but when i click the "on" button the mode resets.I can't make a mode permanent which i can do with my other casio fx911es pluses.I reseted the calculator but still doesn't make it permanent and the calculator is brand new
