Anybody else’s store running this deal?

I haven’t seen anything on the website or online about this deal. Pretty interesting.

Triple chocolate chip cookies

Arby’s took away the best thing on the menu, the only reason I would go. How tf do you make these at home. I know they were made with special chocolate chips but they were so good. Does anyone have a copycat recipe?

Arby Q 2025

Any credible news about the Arby Q coming back nationwide?

The Facebook group says Little Rock locations started selling them around the holidays.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

The Cordon Bleu was back at one St. Louis location for about a month (maybe a bit more or less) then it disappeared when the fish came back. Was this just a test location? I didn't see it at another Arby's I frequent on the Illinois side. The Cordon Bleu is probably the best sandwich I've had in a fast food establishment.

Arby's Fish Deal not on App

Anybody else see this issue...... The Arby's (at least in Central Wisconsin) is running a deal on the fish, 2 for $6.99, it is posted on the windows and marquees yet does not appear on the app. They have shown other deals on the app before like the previous 2 for $6 with the chicken sandwich/roast beef/mozzarella sticks just before the start of this fish deal. Any reason this fish deal is not on the app?

Happy MLK Day! Which Arby's menu item would of been his favorite?

We all know that Dr King's contributions to our country were immeasurable. I did some research and could not figure out what item he would have liked the best. Thoughts?

New employee questions!

Alright, so I got a couple of questions cause I was trained but it wasn’t super in depth.

  1. How do I transfer freshly fried sides to the heating pan? Like do I dump or use the tongs?

  2. How do I make myself look more busy when waiting for food to be made?

  3. What should the order of my questions be when taking orders at the register? Like which order would be easiest to say/remember?

  4. Why the hell are there so many training videos? It’s taken me more than 3-4 hours

  5. What’s the best way to enjoy your break?

  6. What amount of people working would you consider being properly staffed vs under staffed?

So far it’s been 2-3 in the front including myself, 1 person switching between front and back, and 1 guy in the back, during rush.

Diablo Sandwiches

Sorry of there happens to be a better place to ask, but does anybody have any info on whem these might be back? They've been the only fast food chicken sandwiches to actually register as moderately spicy, with the bun and BBQ sauce tasting really good.

Open during dangerous weather conditions.

This is one of the main reasons I despise this company. They don't care about their employees in the slightest. I live in SC where it almost never snows, meaning nobody has winter tires or other gear. Bojangles, Zaxbys, and Burger King are 3 restaraunts near my store that I know for a fact are closed, yet we remain open. Why? Nobody knows. There is a ton of black ice all over the roads, I myself almost wrecked on the way up here. This company puts money before the safety of its employees.

Is it normal for managers to keep employees up to an hour after they're supposed to clock out?

So at the store I currently work at, we're having some issues with staffing to the point where we sometimes only have two people for an hour, sometimes more. I was working at my location (we share our store with a gas station), and I was originally supposed to work 9:30-3, but ended up needing to stay an hour late due to "short staffing", because we recently lost one employee and a manager. However I watched my manager that opened with me be able to clock out at 3pm on the dot since we shared a similar shift while I was forced to work an extra hour (again) due to not having enough people. This has happened about 7 times now. Is this a normal experience for most? I've only been working here for almost 3 months now and it's starting to bother me since this has happened to me multiple times but not management, I'm starting to get a little irritated that my time can't be respected but theirs can.
