I’ve lived here for a couple of months now and J/M are the only lines within a reasonable walking distance from me and they have suspended/partly suspended them during weekends a ridiculous amount of times. Is this normal or is there end in sight? There’s a lot to do here in the area but when I have plans in the city for the weekend and it’s either taking a bus or walking 30 mins to another train station or paying for an overpriced uber, it is a little frustrating

I live right off Wilson Ave a few blocks from the L stop in a rear unit and all week a cat has been walking around in the backyards below yelling at the top of its lungs at all hours of the day. I got a look at it, gray medium length hair medium sized. Its been rather distressing and even woken me up at night - has anyone else heard this? I feel like I even hear the cat in the distance sometimes it is so loud, so I imagine it must be getting around a bit?
