Is it time?

Years worth of progress right here I’m wondering if it’s time to cut and if so would I be able to keep the muscle I’ve build in my lower body?

I started tracking macros and been in a deficit since April and started lifting 5 days a week about 2 months ago. I'm down ~70lb from my highest and I feel like progress is really starting to slow now. Should I keep pushing this cut a little longer? Body fat estimate?

Bodyfat percentage estimate? I'm 22, 5'9'' (175cm), and 140lbs (63.5kg).

Hey there, I was hoping that you could help me estimate my current bodyfat percentage. My smartwatch usually tells me somewhere between 10% and 15%, but those aren't super accurate.

I'm kinda lean, so I plan to bulk until the end of January or February, and then cut/maintain for Spring and Summer. I think I can gain 10-20lbs by then. I've never been to a gym, so all of my training consists of calisthenics and body weight exercises. I'm finally going to "give in" and get a gym membership so that I can properly bulk.

Thanks!

8 weeks consistently

Been keeping my calories about the same but making sure I hit my protein goal of 1g per lb of body weight. I’m looking to recomp my body and put on 10lbs of muscle over the course of 8-12 months. My goal is 205 12% body fat.

Do you guys see any progress? WhT could I be doing better ?

Should I bulk or continue cutting?

Am I lean enough to start a long lean bulk? Or should I cut for a few more weeks? Currently eating 1500cal daily (I’ve been cutting since 11th of September) I feel alright, the only downside is probably my performance in the gym which hasn’t been the best

Been working out consistently for like 2.5 months lean bulking, but at a point i just don’t feel good anymore. Feel bloated a lot. Should I cut? Would I still get some newbie gains since I haven’t been training long? 5’10 177ish pounds. I feel like I have decent enough size to cut. BF% estimate?
