Please tell me what you think to my physique, I’ve never had anyone apart from my friends tell me what they think , constructive criticism very welcome I’ve only been lifting 9 months
I’d like somewhat visible abs for the middle of June , do I start the cut now or maintain and try gain some extra muscle for a few months?
Thanks everyone
Bulked up to 190lbs but gained a ton of fat, then cut & it seems like the fat around my midsection is still there. Barely visible abs unless flexed
Feel if i cut ill end up skinny fat as i feel i dont have much muscle mass, and if i bulk ill be pushing fat Was considering maybe a small 250-300 cal deficit and gain some strength/ Muscle while hopefully losing fat
170 left 155ish right
5'9" 42 years old
Heading into another vacation cut now
Just thinking about doing a small cut as I am Not happy with my midsection.
Excuse the weird filter 🤧
I’m guessing 17% want to get to 10%
Two years ago I went from 250lb to 180lb and then since October I’ve started going to the gym and feel I’ve made some improvements in muscle mass while going from about 180lb to 170lb (i’m 5’10). Im quite tired of dieting and I’ve had body dysmorphia while I was very overweight, and it’s remained after the weight loss. Should I lean bulk for a while to gain lean mass or lose another 10lb first? Thanks
I’ve been on this bulk for around 3 months now and started at 170, part of me wants to maintain for a while till spring hits.
