Was rather disappointed with what we actually got for the 2024 Honey Girls winter lineup, so I had a go at also designing a winter set for the three. This is more pastel-themed since I wanted to see a pastel clothing collection for the Honey Girls as well.

I bought these two secondhand and got them restuffed for sanitary purposes...I didn't expect to feel much of a difference but wow! They are so much squishier! After washing and restuffing they feel like brand new. It was also fun to do the heart ceremony over so I feel like they're really mine now.

Has anyone been able to make a new birth certificate for a retired bab that isn’t from a blank? I got an og pumpkin kitty and I wanted to get her restuffed. I found the barcode so I went in the store but I couldn’t swipe the little strip so one of the staff gave me a black to make her a new one. I’m a little sad though I think I’m her 3rd owner and i would love to know her original birthday and name😭❤️

Hey y'all quick question, so I just managed to get to 100 points and suddenly it's now 15 and it says I've been given a voucher? Does it appear in my emails because if so I have seen it. I've noticed other people points have been bugged out so I'm just curious. I don't order enough to be upset that I didn't get the voucher I'm just very confused

I was wondering how a return would work if I wanted to exchange an item from a bundle? I recently purchased the adorable tartan highland cow bundle, with the scarf, hat, and vest, but my poor cow is shedding kinda crazily and his eyes are lopsided (lopsided to the point where it's not cute, endearing, or passable as fine, he also has a bubble in his eye 😅) so I'm considering exchanging him for another. How would that work since I bought the bundle, would I be allowed to exchange him for the same item like that? I've luckily never had to do anything like that with BAB customer service but it seems my luck has run out.

Also, since we're here, can anyone speak on their tartan highland cow's quality please? I'm usually not one to be picky and I'm not sure if the entire plush run is bad, or if mine was just bad, but for those who have gotten one, has the quality been good or not so great? There's a good chance I might return my entire bundle if the quality isn't great for any of them, which is sad, but money is tight nowadays so I've gotta shop smart! I'm just curious if the eyes on the ones you've seen have been roughly placed, and if the fur falls off of them too! If that's the case, it doesn't sound like we're the only ones based on the BAB reviews 🥲

I have a question for anyone who knows, I REALLY want my BAB to ACTUALLY smell of a scent (I’ve bought the scent option in store for Bluey and Bingo and neither of them smell like anything. Even thinking to let it set in for a day. I do have a great sense of smell, it’s not me… anyone I ask doesn’t smell a thing beside a less than faint sweet smell NOT cotton candy and birthday cake) so I did some digging and someone posted on here years ago to get these two items and soak the beads in your choice of essential oil for a week shaking periodically when soaking them, let then dry, insert in bag, and stuff into your plush, so I decided “I’m gonna do it” I’m going to make frankincense beads in a bag for Mothman before I take him to get stuffed at my local shop… are they gonna let me install upon stuffing?? or do I need to stuff myself since I want to put my own scents in it? Do I bother going to have to a BAB to stuff him and get turned away? Thats why I’m asking (: Thankyou for reading.

I was honestly a lil disappointed that we didn't get a holiday version of Tuxedo Sam, so I figured I'd try my hand at making a concept edit for fun!

Sorry if it's a bit scuffed, I had to do this on my phone since I didn't have my iPad with me (I'll prob make a reworked version later 😭) I'm thinking of making a redesign concept for Cinna next!
