Yo. I picked the hugest dry booger the other day, it seemed stuck to my septum but didn’t hurt to scrape it out. In its place, on the left side of my septum, is a HUGE crater where I swear flesh used to be. Never noticed it before and it doesn’t hurt. It’s like if my septum was made of play-doh and someone pressed their pinky in it. Nothing weird on the other side. Was that booger actually flesh? Or was it just covering the slow deterioration from doing so much coke?

Also, FYI, I did not use the clippers in extraction. They are for scale. I never use any tools strictly a nose blower.

What in the hell is this? Came out in one big piece but I’ve torn it apart as it’s hardened again. The area instantly swelled and mucus rushed to the scene as soon as I removed it. Once that subsided, I would breathe in and the air traveling through that nasal passage felt extremely cool and if I pushed it from the outside it was so squishy lol. Now two hours later I can feel it hardening again in there

I have been getting this frequently the last week. This however is the biggest one yet. Should I be worried? Anyone know what this is?

Hello, so for a few months I have been having an odd substance come from both nostrils. My nostrils have some sort of buildup in them and I'm pretty concerned. I've brought this to my PCPs attention but he has basically shrugged it off. I see a dermatologist this June for related "infection" body wide from scalp to feet. I was wondering if anyone may recognize what this is and how to get rid of it?
