Hi everyone! Votes are still open for Erasermic but I tallied them so far to have a good idea on the results. I’ll tell you guys in the comments.

Anyways, in case anyone doesn’t know, the game is basically you comment the outcome for each ship.

For example, if you love a ship you would comment the color associated with loving a ship.

Here are the colors:

Purple 🟣 = Love

Blue 🔵 = Like

Yellow 🟡 = Neutral

Red 🔴 = Dislike

Note: I will ONLY count comments that mention the color. Likes will not be included. Also, I CANNOT accept two colors from one comment. It wouldn’t be fair, so please pick the one you resonate with the more.

#1: Tsuyu- Even though Tsu can be a bit annoyed with Mineta at times, Their still on good terms

#2: Momo- Don't need an explanation, It's because I can

#3: Ibara- This has been floating around the internet for a while and I think it could be interesting, Pure and Not so Pure, Opposites Clashing

#4:  Pony- Same reason for Ibara, Floating around the internet, Looks interesting

#5: Kinoko- Someone said she asked Tokoyami for "Risky" pictures of Hawks, I don't know, I might be wrong, If so please correct me

1. Monoma: I immediately liked this ship when Monona and Shinso met. Their opposing personalities, Monoma’s theatrical and Shinso stoic natures, would match and balance each other. I also like the idea that they bond over their quirks being seen villainous and Monoma not being a menace towards Shinso, even though he’s part of Class A.

2. Kaminari: I’d like to think Kaminari was Shinso’s first close friend because the former would be very welcoming towards him joining Class A and include him in activities with the Bakusquad. Anyways, like with Monoma, I think ShinKami balance each other and would be cute.

3. Jiro: I don’t ship them as much as MonoShin and ShinKami, but I think Jiro would be a nice match. I’d like to think Jiro and Shinso would hang out to exchange clothing advice and listen to music. I would be open to a ShinKamiJiro relationship.

4. Ojiro: I’d prefer them as friends but a romantic relationship wouldn’t be bad. I think it would start with Shinso apologizing to Ojiro for the Sports Festival and Ojiro, being a nice guy and seeing Shinso’s change, would forgive him. They’d hang out once in a while and become friends. Their romantic relationship would be calm and private since both of them are pretty quiet.

5. Reiko: Their aesthetics match and I could see them watching horror movies together. Like with Ojiro, I think their relationship would be calm.

Midoriya and Uraraka, as well as Kirishima and Ashido, are ships I got into because of the series itself and how I felt they were presented to me. They're couples I already shipped and all the artwork and conversations I saw from others who shipped them was essentially icing on the cake. It added to what I already liked.

By contrast, despite him being one of my favorite characters in the series, I've never really shipped Iida with anyone, not even a lot of his more popular ships. None of them ever really clicked for me in that way through the series itself.

But some artwork I've seen of him and Mei, especially through artists like Pix11_4k, and being able to see that ship through their eyes I've noticed has slowly over time gotten me to come more and more around to that ship. I don't know if I'd say I'm a full shipper of IidaMei yet but its definitely grown on me a lot and has way more of a lead over other ships for both characters. And it's because the love and enthusiasm the people do ship that pairing have for it reached out and somewhat infected me. Same with Yaoyorozu's ships with Jirou and/or Midoriya or Uraraka's with Toga.

This is one of the big reasons I try to have a "live and let live" mentality with most ships (beyond the fact that you just shouldn't be a toxic butthole to people in general). IzuOcha is my favorite ship of the entire series, so obviously there is a part of me that isn't onboard when I see Kacchako artwork. But outside of stupid NTR crap or the stuff that seems to exist just to shit on Midoriya or piss people off, most Kacchako art I've seen is pretty good. It's fans of that ship showing their love for it and what about it really appeals to them, plenty of times to the point where even if I don't ship the couple I can still appreciate the ideas and aesthetics. They're spreading positivity about a thing they really like and not harassing anybody, so who am I crap on their efforts and hardwork? Live and let live.

So, do you have any ships like this for yourself? Stuff you didn't really ship on your own before but found yourself getting into because of other people's love for the ships?

1)I I think that their personalities contrast eachother very nicely. Mina is outgoing and adventurous while Izuku is more reserved overall. I can see Mina dragging him out to do stuff while he helps her with the more academic side of things. I also just think they would bring out the best in eachother

2. I just like it. Smart people should kiss smart people

3. A bit random but I just think they would have good chemistry. Izuku would probably geek out about her quirk and I think should would find it interesting. (Mind you it based on my own/others head canons about her)

4. Similar logic to Mina, but with someone who has gone through more and shares a big event with him. I can see them raising Eri together.

5. I just like it, don’t really have a good explanation, just think they should kiss.

I think Kaminari and Jiro would be good parents. They’ll let their kid learn about themselves and let them try any activity they’re interested. If it turns out their kid is into music, Jiro would teach them and both of them would have jam sessions while Kaminari cheers. Kaminari would be a fun parents who wants his kid to have a fun time in anything they do. As for hero work, Kaminari and Jiro wouldn’t pressure their kid to be a hero and rather have them following their own aspirations.

It is so hard to find a fic that revolves around any of these ships in a platonic way. Which is a shame since they have such great chemistry and I need more angsty friendship fics in my life.
