Australian here, was just wondering if anyone knew any specific dentists in Brisbane that are happy to do permanent fangs?

And if not, was just wanting advice on how to approach dentists about whether or not they’re happy to do so.

Lastly, was just wondering if it impacts your speech at all? I’m a tattoo artist, so I spend HOURS talking daily haha.

So I’ve had my ears at a little over an inch for 20 years or so. I have a few pieces that are for the days that my lobes feel a bit snug, which usually happens in the winter, but lately I can’t even get my smallest pieces of jewelry inserted into my left ear! I’ve used jojoba to lube and soothe, I’ve given it a rest, I’ve tried my heavier jewelry to weight it, I’ve tried to keep it in over night to let it adjust (for 20 years I’ve taken them out every night to let them breathe with no issues) Nothing is working. I’m not used to this change! Has anyone dealt with this?

One of my concerns was right after since I’m taking public transport to get there from my hotel 🫤 ( I don’t want to end up feeling sick while trying to make it back lol) Does anyone also have experience with using naproxen while healing a split?? I have had a magnet in my right ring finger for just over 7 years now, and it’s gotten noticeably weaker in recent years. I’ve been considering replacing it (especially before I leave AZ next year), which I remember Steve talking about when he first put it in. Wondering if anyone has had theirs replaced and what the process involved? Is to all done at once? Do you take it out and let it heal then put a new one in ? Or, how did it work for you?

Hi all, I love all body mods, and i’ve been dreaming avout a tongue split for years.

I have one issue stopping me from getting one and that’s my ocd. I can’t help but to think that i’m gonna catch some bacteria that’s going to kill me right away, i know it sounds crazy but i am mentally ill so :)

I am also afraid of choking to death if the swelling gets really bad.

If i someday have the balls to do this, i will go to chai at calm in stockholm, but i have to go by boat, if you travelled by boat (12 hours) with a split tongue, how was it?

Or is it better to stay in Stockholm for a couple of days? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Got my tonguesplit on thursday last week and posted a pic here. Recovery has been smooth and everything has been working wonders for me. Only thing I hate about it is the white coating on my tongue but my artist already saw me and told me that it's normal.

Way less swelling now and still got my stitches on.

I've been feeding myself with the help of syringes :) And avoiding talking as much as possible. Taking prescription medications has helped a lot too.

I want to stretch my ear but even as a young teen I’ve been so scared to try it out on this ear. the hole size is like a normal ear piercing hole my ear has been like this since I was a little little girl not sure why ,but if I were to stretch it with both fingers it goes away and it’s a small hole but when it’s relaxed it looks like this .I want gauges but I’m a little worried it’ll rip my ear piercing hole what do yall think and when I put on normal earrings it’ll sag a bit

I'm really interested in getting permanent/semi-permanent fangs made from dental composite, however I also really enjoy biting people (consentially!) and I've read that biting things directly causes the fangs to break -- would it be viable to get dental composite fangs and continue to be a biter, or would it be better to invest in a really good pair of fake fangs that I can take off as needed?

I've already got some fangs that I wear from time to time that I enjoy but I'd love to have some permanently.

I know that maybe something like veneers or crowns would be stronger but I'm not willing to sacrifice the long-term health of my teeth, hence the interest in dental composite.

Additionally, if anyone knows anyone in Germany, Belgium, Sweden, or the UK who does them I'd love to know!

I would love to get mine done and think I could convince my wife it wasn’t totally crazy but I worry more what my family would think… I mean to most people it’s a bit out there!

I got my tongue pierced when I was 20 (quite a long time ago now!) while I worked abroad and when I saw my mum she saw it straight away, even with a black ball on the bar!

i get my tongue split in a little less than three weeks and i’m super stoked!! the only thing is i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get pills down during healing? i’m on meds that unfortunately i can’t just not take or else i’d have to restart some of my doses and id rather try to avoid that 😭 any advice is appreciated 🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️

So to start I have in fact stretched my right ear to 9/16’s but as most of us who stretch our ears, my left ear lobe won’t stretch/loosen up AT ALL. I’ve massaged it using Jojoba oil to start, then started using base laboratories stretching balm. I did also use that to stretch my right ear lobe as well as for aftercare, and it healed up beautifully. I just cannot figure out what to do about my left lobe. I’m stuck at 1/2 and have run out of things to do :c

I can’t really find a lot of information about it. I would love to get it done in the future once I’m old enough, but I’m curious about the process and where you go to get it done. Does anyone have personal experience?

I am looking for a suspension group in Alaska. I've been searching online, but have had no luck finding any groups or people who perform suspensions! I have been wanting to do this for years now.

I’ve tried to get my cartilage pierced multiple times and my body just can’t seem to heal them. So I’m trying to seek alternatives. I can’t seem to find many options though. I’m open to ear tattoos but I hear they tend to age poorly. Ear pointing, hole punches, and coin slots are all a bit advanced/intense for me. But these are all the options I can find. Is there any I don’t know about that would work well on the ear??

If it comes down to it, I will most likely just travel north towards him for the procedure one day. I don’t trust plastic surgeons to touch my lobes—I see so many of them botching earlobe reconstructions.

I’ve been debating between him and Chase Campbell (who would be much more accessible since he actively travels), but I much prefer the way Decker stitches. I don’t know if that makes sense lol.

I had them done at Evolved Body Art in Columbus, Oh. Unfortunately I can't remember the piercer's name because he spoke fast and he was from Argentina. (I'll try to figure his name out and can update here) But he was the sweetest and best piercer I've ever had, and took a good 20 minutes to get them placed perfectly.

The actual piercings themselves hurt pretty bad (especially the 2nd one for obvious reasons lol) but I absolutely love them! I was worried how they'd look with my bottom vertical but I think they look super cute. If you're considering getting them, do it!

I was just curious if it was illegal to stretch your ears in the UK, I remember hearing something that it was but now I'm not sure, and I'm thinking about doing it.

you know how only part of the population can make a taco tongue (folding the two parts of the tongue together)? if you CANT do it and you split your tongue, are you able to move the two muscles individually, or do they move together? or perhaps you have to train yourself to move them separately?

Aloha, as the title says I'm looking for a company or person that makes custom plugs. I currently have a set made of spiderweb 🕸 obsidian. They were made by Red Fern Adornments. I have had them for 12 years. They are 38mm and the only set I wear. I favor natural stone or the like. I'm not into synthetic or resins. One or the other have hit the floor a number of times and been fine but recently one hit smooth concrete and broke. I live in Hawaii so there are no options here a side from the shit they sell at Spencers and hot topics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
