I'm trying to improve my lighting in my gym photos. I've been looking for tripod stands or stands with boom arms and lights because I've read you want a strong light above you and a few feet infront and I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually get one in the correct position.
I've tried searching Reddit and can't find anything actually helpful so far.

Started my off season and changed my coach at 8 weeks post show. 8 weeks post show on the left, 16 weeks post show on the right with the new coach. I would say he's been good for me
