A sub dedicated to world's best dog, the Black Mouth Cur. Post images, questions, or just chat about your BMC.
Please read our rules in the sidebar before posting.
Welcome to Black mouth cur. Please DO:
Spay or neuter your animals. Puppy's are cute, but no one likes seeing stray puppies on the road. Do you?
Post pictures of your dogs on here. That's kinda the whole reason why I made this subreddit.
You can post pictures of multiple dogs, dog rescues, and anything else BMC related.
If you want to see this on facebook, (the facebook page is not mine) click this. http://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/230772683572/ . You are welcome to do whatever you want on there.
If you do not follow these rules on your posts, I will delete your post on here, and, if it happens to a certain extent, it will result in banning you from the sub-reddit. But that shouldn't happen.
Have fun! (or else) ;)

I adopted rubble when he was 8 weeks old, he’s now 5 months. The shelter said he’s pitbull mix, however I think he may be Blackmouth Cur mix, What do you guys think? We plan on doing a dna test when he’s a bit older.
Sweetest dog I've ever had. An Alabama rescue, we've been lucky to have her in our lives almost 3 years now.
Welp, Kibi is not BMC at all.
My boy Jackson
He’s under my truck. He think that he would’ve learned his lesson that was an expensive lesson for me.
Does anyone have recommendations for positive reinforcement trainers in the Bay Area of California?
It's been really hard finding a knowledgeable, positive reinforcement trainer who understands anxious & reactive dogs.
Thanks in advance!
My beautiful girl, Laura Lee 💕
What toys do you get your BMC? mine literally rips up everything I give her. And if possible how do you get them to stop ripping up their toys or anything they see. My BMC ate a comb yesterday lmaooo🤦🏽♀️ She is 4 months old.
We fostered this special girl from the age of 6 weeks. Shelter said she was a pit bull mix but I think she may be a BMC. She’s the cuddliest girl but can be a little stubborn at times. Would love some suggestions for helping with the training process!
In my opinion my BMC, Tuna, is extremely fast, I have gotten her up to 25 MPH before. So I’m just curious how fast the other BMCs are in the world.
