Where do you think the best autumn colors bicycling is in Ohio? I don't mind driving an hour or 2 away from Dayton. Bonus points for covered bridges!
Anyone game for a full moon ride? Meet up at Riverscape, ride for a bit, then grab a pint at Barrel House? Barrel House has visible bike racks and really good non-alcoholic options for people that don't drink.
The last few summers I've been setting and smashing distance goals on my bike, but they've all been solo. Last summer my wife started riding an older road bike we had lying around with me for a few rides, but it got damaged and wasn't worth repairing. This spring we found a new bike for her, but she took a spill on the first ride and may be out all summer. I am planning a few 50+ mile excursions this summer and some overnight tours in the 100-120+ mile range, but I don't know anyone crazy enough to do these with me. I am not really into bike groups as they end up being too structured when all I wanna do is hit the trails and get some food and coffee in a different city than I started out in.
I'm probably rambling, but if anyone is looking for a bike-buddy hit me up!
Me and my friend is currently working on a little bicycle project called bikedayton.net if anyone's interested :)
Does anybody here use the downtown bike hub at Riverscape? How is it?

Hello Everyone!

I'm going to be coming to Dayton for 6 months for a seasonal job. The last two places I've lived have been relatively bike-able and it really has helped me. I was hoping if anyone can share their insights of what it might be like if I used biking as my main form of transportation? I haven't found a place yet, so I don't know where I'll be living either.

Thank you!
Hi, will be living in Dayton for 3 months for an internship and want to know if there any fun social bike rides around town or a beginner riding group for excercise? Thanks!

Hello!
I am an A/B level cyclist who will be entering the race circuit next season. I haven't come across many cyclists who are in the upper echelon of ability for group rides here in Dayton.
Anyone out there looking for some high speed/challenging rides before the Autumn cycling season is over?
Also, the trail under Webster St bridge is passable, although a little bumpy.
Edit away!
This event was posted to one of our facebook bike groups. Thought I'd share if anyone is looking for something to do next Thursday.
Mainly this is to help me award flair, but I also prefer to not have to use your actual name on reddit.
Thanks
