Is it viable to be a kid growing up in Bexhill? What are the secondary schools like? I love Bexhill for its slow pace but can kids hack slow lane living?
Hello, we are a group of psychology researchers from the University of Kent, UK. It would be a huge help if anyone from Britain who is interested would fill out our quick survey (18+ years old only) about your views of refugees.
Fill out the survey here: https://universityofkent.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4U6y8pi1se8YjrM
We are posting here because we hope to collect responses from British participants with various political perspectives and backgrounds. Please let us know if you would like a summary of your responses once the data collection is complete.
The survey takes ~7 minutes to complete, and we are happy to respond to any queries or questions. Please private message us to avoid giving away the point of the study to others.
Thanks for your time.
Edit: The survey is now closed! Thank you very much for your time.
Hi everyone,I am the co-founder of Ganddee, a sustainable lifestyle app. Think of it as the Google Maps for sustainable places. While other platforms promote new green products, we believe that sustainable consumption should also include second-hand shops, charity shops, rental places, etc., in addition to sustainable new products. We feature around 2,000 physical stores and hundreds of online businesses in UK, some offering special discounts.
I would love to receive feedback on the app and would be grateful if you could suggest any sustainable stores in/around Bexill. We have been relying on our community to suggest new places and inspire each other. This could be charity shops, second hand shops, sustainable stores(you submit we do the verification), zero waste stores, Library of things etc. All the suggestions can be done through app.
If you are a owner of a sustainable store, I would love to connect and explore how I can help you reach a wider audience.

Hello, we are a group of psychology researchers from the University of Kent, UK. We are conducting a study about UK citizens' views and perceptions of society and we are trying to recruit a representative sample from different areas in the UK, including people from Bexhill.
It would be a huge help if any UK citizens interested would fill out our online survey (18+ years old only):
EDIT: The survey is now closed! Thank you very much for your time, we will be sure to post the results up here when they're ready.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete, and we are happy to respond to any queries or questions. Please private message us to avoid giving away the point of the study to others.
Although the study is voluntary, participants who complete the survey will have the option to take part in a raffle of three Amazon Vouchers (£20).
Thank you in advance for your time!
Hello, Reddit community! I was wondering which basic laws I should abide by to ride an e-scooter in and around Bexhill. We are relatively new here in the UK and have recently arrived in Bexhill, so I want to make sure I understand the regulations before riding them, ensuring that I follow the laws properly. Thank you so much for answering my question. Cheers!
Evening all,
Just a quick message to say stay safe over the next 24 hours. Winds are supposedly going to hit 75mph at around 5am, then gradually calm over the following 18 hours. A few hours ago it was peaking at 70mph, so keep an eye on weather warnings and stay safe.
I doubt many of you will be out roaming the streets at that time, but the weather is going to start ramping up from now. As above, just stay safe, and if you win a new trampoline, feel free to share a picture here.
Hi all, I'm supposed to be participating but unfortunately the covid has me, but a group of work friends are doing a 24 hour CPR Marathon for charity. If you are bored tonight feel free to pop in to support.

Anyone have any ideas on availability of rentals in Bexhill? My partner and I currently live in Eastbourne, but having recently visited Bexhill, we really believe this would be the ideal place to settle and enjoy the tranquility and friendliness of your lovely town….tia
Another sign said something along the lines of “bring back free speech” and another with “honk if you’re concerned”
As far as I heard, no one honked however I’m not sure how long they were there before I walked by.
I am so freaking excited as i did research on beaches in the UK and Bexhill was one i really wanted to go to as from photos online it looks great and theres a beach from what i just said and well i love beaches and i love going to them ,it also doesnt hurt that its going to be 30 degrees weather wise and well thats super exciting.
