I was going to Vegas and self excluded so I could save more to play there. Maybe I should’ve take a time out or something, don’t know. Bet 365 withdrawing

I’ve noticed that every withdrawal I’ve made from bet365 comes 15 dollars short, I’m sure that didnt used to happen before, does anybody knows if bet365 keeps 15 dollars from each withdrawal? I’ve sent them emails about it and I get no answer

So I'm a very active bet365 user (almost $100k in deposits over the last year). I have one 4 way round robin with 5 events where Rashee Rice was on it so messed it up, but have DK Metcalf on the last leg for the 4 way to hit. Payout roughly $3300 if he gets 75 yards and a TD. One of my friends had the same bet going.

Tonight, the cash out kept fluctuating between $2100 and $850ish. It would keep changing without any real reason, seconds between changes. I tried cashing out at $2100 but it would just grey out. It later said $2600, and I clicked it. It then said that I cashed out $874. I absolutely did not cash out $874, nor would I when DK had his yardage in the first half pretty much. I panicked and contacted support and explained, but they said there's nothing they could do. I think this isn't right. I'm sure they could see what the cash out offer actually was saying when I clicked it. I think the site was glitching and they won't even check.
