I found some aloe water that’s super thick at Walgreens and was wondering if it’d be a good way to get a heavy bloat. If so, how much can I safely drink? I’d imagine it’d cause some intense bathroom time, but perhaps it’d also help clean out?

I was wondering if there is a risk of getting a hernia from inflating with air, and if there is, how common is it? Also, if i would make my abdominal muscles stronger, could i still be as big as with a small/normal amount of abdominal muscle?
I realise this may be a bit disgusting to talk about, but after doing an air inflation, sometimes during the deflation this sort of mucus comes out as well; Is this normal?

I need help understanding how to do a coke and mentos bloat I always do 1L of Diet Coke and 1 or 2 sticks of mentos and I typically wash the mentos down with Coke and I don’t feel anything is there a better way
Like the people who do “100 pumps” I have one of those “enema” plugs that can inflate and attaches to my aquarium/blood pressure cuff pump, but I feel like I get more in without it. Anyone have thoughts?

So if im inflating myself through my butt i always stop like after 10 minutes or so because i dont want to get a water poisoning. Can i let it in for long or how long does it take to absorb the water inside me.
I have been inflating with the belt method to enlarge the lower part and I reached a point where my belly gets so hard that even if I force it to expand, after doing so I can no longer contract it.
so at this point the only thing that starts to hurt is the belt.
what do you recommend I do?

So I’m new into belly expansion and I really wanted to get into but I’ve been having trouble. I recently have done some coke and mentos inflations and I got a good bloat. I wanted to up my capacity and start with cake shakes but the two times I tried didn’t settle well with me. I would love to do a cake shake inflation but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. If someone could help that would be amazing!
