I am travelling with my old parents from India to Batumi, it seems the whole week it’s raining.

Most the outdoor plans have washed away with it, can you suggest what I can do with my parents for a day.

Also, suggest how can we travel from Batumi to Kutaisi?

I am an EU resident who has recently been seeing a lot of ads of Batumi apartments (commercial and residential) on my phone. Yeah Instagram's algorithm has caught with me. I would like to understand from the viewpoint of a local -

1. are these really good investments and return on investments as advertised (10-15%)?
2. how is the tourism market there at the moment?
3. how is Russia's influence over the country because it is in such close proximity?

Trade in only 300-400gel. My questions are: I am better off selling it second hand? What selling platform do you usually use? Is that safe? Or do I open myself up to petty crime or mugging? Is the store in grand mall bad value and should I go somewhere else or are the prices generic?

I went to a fish restaurant in Batumi where we were charged around 30 lari for the service fee (which is actually mandatory tipping by the restaurant).
