In short: I changed my Pixel 3 battery in February and everything was fine until the March security patch update. After this March security patch update, the battery percentage reaches a maximum of 99%, no matter how long it is charging. Thoughts?
I really love my pixel 2, but just in case, is there possible to change the battery with another original one if the battery health already bad?
Does anyone find that it drains quite fast? I feel like I'm using my charger all the time. My screen time is average. I can keep track tomorrow about how quickly its draining. I'm wondering if anyone feels the same way because there's something else wrong with my specific phone so I'm returning it and ordering a new one, but I don't know if I should get the 4a this time :(
Peeps with insane battery life on 4A 5G, how do you get stuff like 2 days without charging with 5+ hours of SoT? It is 10:50 where I am rn and my phone is only showing it will last until 20:45. So what's the catch here?
Are you guys using the dark theme constantly? Does that improve the battery life that much? Because I am using light theme throughout the day and the dark is only active at night/when battery saver kicks in.
Thoughts?
For Pixel 3 XL. Thanks.
Screen on and off. I thing mine is draining faster lately.
Reset battery statistic?
Does the battery statistics only reset when charging to 100%? I often only charge to 80%, in that case I could never see how much SOT and so on I got from that charge...
ls there any way to reset the Adaptive Battery Settings without wiping the phone clean? have a pixel 4a and the battery performance seemed to have dropped after performing well. I want to try resetting the Adaptive Battery to see if that helps.
Does clearing the data of Device Health Manager help?
I recently started to realize that my Pixel 4a doesn't vibrate when I get any notifications, when I'm being called or anything as soon as I put it to battery saving mode (vibration mode is on). I thought it's a bug at first when I realized it so I reset the phone but it doesn't look like a bug, as the vibration comes back as soon as the phone is not in battery saving mode.
Has anyone else noticed the same thing? Is it actually a bug or can I somehow disable that?
i'd say the battery works well...
purchased launch day in Canada.
just wild. battery saver is set to come in at 20%, I've been streaming podcasts via BT, taking pics and editing with full brightness (during editing), on FB, chatting on multiple apps. this thing is bloody unstoppable.
