I am using the baritone-standalone-fabric-1.10.2.jar on 1.20.4 fabric. When I run baritone with a #mine command it works perfectly fine (also when mining blocks to clear the path) but when baritone mines a target block I get disconnected with the error message 'Quitting'. It also isn't anti cheat (I'm playing anarchy).
Has anyone encountered similar problems and/or knows how to resolve it?
Hello reddit,
So I just recently purchased a factory new Eastman EMB-411 off Sweetwater, or so I thought. It arrived with a 1st valve trigger on it, and my initial thought was it was just a different model that shipped because the EMB-411 has nothing there, while the EMB-411S has a thumb saddle. The thing is when I went to register it for the warranty I went to find the model and I cant find one that exists.
Does anyone know perhaps what it could be? Because it says EMB-411 on the mouthpiece receiver and the website specifically stated it was factory new so Sweetwater didn’t add it.
This is just for fun, the instrument plays phenomenally so the model specification doesn’t matter to me, I’m just curious.
I love the baritone but if I can find a way to make money off of it. I'll have a good excuse to practice it when I get busy.
I am a student school, and i recently found out that i have to do a audition. for the addition I have to play the chromatic scale up and down. i'm just wondering if anybody can tell me the fingering for it
recently I discovered that my baritones case is missing two of the three hinge pants I was wondering if anyone knew where I can get replacement hinge pins without replacing the entire case
Hi there! Does anybody here has played the baritone with a Schilke 50 ? (It seems to have a shank that fits small and large bore instruments). The specs.Of this mouthpiece look similar to those of Bach 6.5AL but with a wider throat. Does anybody could give a review? I am looking for a mouthpiece (to replace my old and worn VB 6.5AL) for my King 2265 bell front baritone. Thank you in advance!!!
I play alto sax and wanted to see if yall think it would be hard to switch to baritone. Main reason being I want to March dci but can’t for obvious reasons at the moment.
Pasting this from r/trombone because I don't know how to cross post:
Hey y'all, I'm a trombone guy who has come into possession of a Besson 700 but it came without the case. I'm in a somewhat remote location with no access to a place to buy one retail so I'm looking online but I just want to make sure that my horn will fit properly. Anybody got a good shop or know what to look for? I'm trying to keep my budget in $250. Thanks!
I'm completely sinking. I've never played an instrument a day in my life.
My grandson has chosen to play a baritone in band. His teacher emailed today with 2 suggestions for his mouthpiece. Bach 6 1/2 AL or a Jupiter 12C. They're so expensive!! Are the cheaper brands truly a case of you get what you pay for or is there wriggle room with these?
No specification on shaft size or color, so what should I do?
Why do I get results for a trombone or a euphonium even when I type in baritone?
I'm so lost, but I want my grandson to be successful in this adventure. I'll get whatever I have to get for him, obviously, but God bless!!
Hello, I recently swapped to Baritone 5 months ago from Bass Clarient, and my marching band music requires a lot of volume, another problem is we have Full Volume warmups and I can only play loud with all my air for nearly 3 secs (kinda embarrassing). I just want to play loud when needed without getting tired. Any suggestions? Thank you!
So I tried to play my baritone but no air would come out. I know I haven't played in a while but even when I tried just to blow air into it it wouldn't come out. I don't think there's anything stuck in it and it's been oiled recently. Is it just me? What should I do? BTW there is a few dents from when I bought it but not huge. Pls help
Im going into 7th grade and i need some medium-hard songs for a performance every band kid has to do (either solo or duet) im leaning towards solo. (I know this sub is kinda dead i just need help)
I'm coming from Trombone, learning Baritone for Marching Band. 4th position on Trombone is equivalent to pressing valves 1&2 or just valve 3. Does one sound better or is easier to do?
My son plays Baritone in junior high and is getting ready to play in Symphonic Band and Marching Band next year. We were looking at purchasing a new instrument instead of renting for his high school years.
The rental place quoted us $6,300 for a Eastman eep526. Is this a good price/ instrument for him? I've never played instruments myself so I am not sure on any of this.
Looking online it looks like there are places cheaper, bit I'm not even sure the quality as far as brands / models go.
I’ve been playing low brass for about 5 years now (3 trombone and 2 euphonium) but i have a horrible problem with puffing my cheeks that didn’t get corrected early in my playing. i’m pretty confident in my playing ability, and can hit decently high notes (high Bb on a good day) but i can never take myself serious because of how goofy i look when i play. i was curious if anyone has been through a similar experience and might know some exercises to help fix this?
I’m caught between the FF Modern and the SD Nazgûl. I will be in D Standard (low E tuned to D1) with 20w-90 strings. Ignoring the price, which one would be best suited for a tight low end?
I am looking for a humbucker to put in my baritone tuned down a full octave from standard tuning. My string gauge is 20w-90, so what pickups do you think would be best for the low end?
