    January transfer market

Who do you guys think we should get in the is transfer window, in my opinion we need a good backup for both Balde and Yamal cause we don't have any backup in case of Yamal and Gerad Martin isnt a good backup option in Balde's position. Who do you guys think we can bring keeping in mind our financial situation. Will Valle be a good replacement for Balde.

Question about Online Soci Application and Ticket Discount

I plan to visit Barcelona in two weeks and I recently found out you can pay and become a Soci online. Does the process only take a week?

If I do become a Soci, is there ticket discount? I want to go to the Leganés on Dec 15. Does the discount apply to regular ticket sales? Or it is only available during pre-sale?

    Your insight is much appreciated!

Pablo Torre should be higher in the pecking order, definitely ahead of Fermin Lopez

I guess everybody here is disappointed with yesterday's result and will be talking about what went wrong yesterday, but I want to speak on something which I have been thinking for past few weeks. One thing that really has bothered me throughout the season is the position in which Pablo Torre is right now. I was not a fan of him before the season, as I didn't really watch him before. Moreover, his stats at Girona made me think he's just an average player. However this season, everytime he has come on the pitch, he has thrived. Despite playing so less in past 2 years, he still manages to impress me. Yes he needs a lot of polishing but that's normal for a player who plays so less. In my opinion, he should be the backup CAM, ahead of Fermin.

I know i might get downvoted and many may disagree but Fermin Lopez is NOT a player I want to see starting games (I am not even considering Pedri because I always want him deeper and not at CAM) . And with the fitness level of Olmo, the backup CAM will be used a lot. Yes Fermin scores a lot of goals but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matterrs. A midfielder's primary job at barca is to control games and create chances, we literally have a front 3 that is in red hot form and they will score tons of goals if midfielders do their job properly.

We NEVER control games whenever Fermin starts. The game is always chaotic with him and also there's 0 creativity provided by him. Yes I said it, ZERO. Fermin is a workhorse, you can make him run all day and he can still run even more at the end of it. He puts lot of pressure on opponents off the ball. But with the ball, I am not convinced by him. It seems like the ball is a bomb to him. On the contrary, Torre has all the qualities I'd want from my cam. He is so good with the ball, and scores goals as well whenever given the chance. Yes he only replicates a fraction of intensity and pressing Fermin brings, but we have Rapha and Yamal for that. Fermin is a pretty good option off the bench, he can change the game state as a substitute, but as a starter please no, I don't want to see him starting games. Pablo Torre deserves much more game time. He has earned it. One more option that we have is playing Rapha as cam, but then we have only Ferran to play on the left, and I'd rather have Torre in the lineup than Ferran, as of right now.

Don’t forget where we came from

This is a transitional phase for the team, with a new manager. Keep in mind, it’s largely the same squad from last season, with the exception of a few academy players and Olmo, who unfortunately hasn’t been the healthiest.

We’ve set high expectations for the team due to the strong start, but this serves as a reality check. We’re still in the process of building.

Losing games is frustrating, ofc, and that’s normal. We need to keep our expectations realistic and that mean we’re not going to win every single match. The title is still within reach, and it’s only November. I believe in this team, and you should too.

Time to give a chance to Szczęsny.

To be clear i don't blame Pena for recent losses, it's not that he did something particulary wrong, our defence just sucked against both Celta and Las Palmas but whenever i see our opposition scoring i'm getting a feeling that keeper of Szczęsny calibre would prevent some of these, Iniaki often doesn't even react or try to save. Hansi should try Wojciech in incoming matches in my opinion, we got him to fill Ter Stegen shoes, it's time, our form is not as good as it used to be that one or two goals conceded don't make difference like in first games of a season.

    Thoughts on Fermin Lopez?

Fermin has been having a bad run of games and does not look like the same player from the Olympics and last year. Might be a but reactionary because I have full faith in him becoming a new Dani Olmo, but it's undeniable that he is not looking good. Pablo Torre seems to just simply be a better player, but he's a different profile and Fermin is more of a goal threat even if he hasn't been scoring. He just seems to anxious to score and make himself known that he hurts the team a bit because of his nerves.

VAR in La Liga is a scam

Somebody please help me understand how is this not a pen ? Defender clearly had no intention of playing the ball, and that shirt tug definitely prevented pau from making any sort of contact with the ball.

This is not an excuse for our bad performance, we were definitely poor today but the inconsistency of VAR in LaLiga needs to be studied.

    Thesis on FC Barcelona

Hello Barcelona fans, I am conducting a survey for my studies (Tourism Management), which revolves around FC Barcelona. With that being said, could you take around 5 minutes of your time to fill it? It is done through Google Forms and is completely anonymous. I would really appreciate it as it would help me a lot with the completion of my thesis. Thank you beforehand and I hope you have a wonderful day! :)

Since it's the 125th anniversary of the club, How did you fall in love with Barça?

A bit out of context but I think it's really wholesome and nice to hear how other people fell in love with this beautiful club.

If you're interesting in hearing my story I'll make it quick as well.

So basically when I was like 6, in 2011 I was sitting in an adidas store and my mom and dad were shopping and a shopkeeper was babysitting me sort of because I used to run a lot.

But there was a huge tv which had a football match currently on going, I was watching and suddenly there was this one short guy, threaded in red and blue who was moving like an alien, ball stuck to his feet and it was none other than Lionel Messi. But I didn't know jackshi about football.

So when I went home I was searching again and again in YouTube (blue and red football team) (short guy red and blue football team) , I didn't know English that well either.

But then i came across the infamous 5-0 win of Barca , and I immediately looked at Barcelona as the good guys and Madrid as the bad guys 😭 and I saw how badly they were fouling Messi but he still won and that's how I fell in love with Messi and Barça as a whole, I loveddd Xavi as well. So after that I was still a bit inconsistent with football but I used to watch often.

But then when Neymar signed for Barça and I saw him play football. That was it, I was officially head over heels obsessed with this club, and rest is history.

Thanks for reading but definitely let me know your story as well

    (Hopefully this doesn't get removed)

If lewandowski continues this form all season, will you guys consider him a barca legends?

And don’t say he can’t because he’s already a Bayern legend, Suarez is a Liverpool and Barca legend so it’s possible.

Also accidentally added an s to the end of legend**
