I bought some Axial beadlock wheels and some JConcepts Ruptures tires for my SCX10.
Should I vent the wheels or the tires at all? They feel good on the bench without a vent but unsure about getting the best performance out of them.
Just got my hands on an SCX10.1. Want to use it as the base for a Comp 2 Crawler. Any suggestions on upgrades or what I should build? Thanks!
I’m building a tow rig and need a ar60 in the front for the with. Is there a way I can use a ar44 in the rear and have the same gearing. The ar60 will have stock 2.2 wrath gearing.
What rear gears would I need
Trans will be a trx4 2speed
Great slow crawl! Just figuring out the gear mesh with the spur gear then she will be good to go
Looking for a good recommendation for a hard body that’ll fit on a scx10 pro. Haven’t found any good ones and don’t really wanna do with a flimsy proline body. Been looking to some of the rc4wd! Any recommendations would be great!
Was looking for new AR45 straights for a project I’m gonna be doing and saw they discontinued them. Anyone know why they did
I have rock rails on the way but thinking a light bar and a different bumper (while keeping the included lights).
Let’s gooooooo!! Also have a 35kg servo, light bar and 3s lipo on the way.. what else should I mod?? How are the stock tires?
Hello, I have recently purchased a 4ws capra new. I took it out for the first time and noticed it came with no drag break and rolls down inclines. Is it supposed to come without a preprogrammed drag break from axial or should I contact axial?
Hey all, what size batteries are you running in the side tray of the CJ-7? What the biggest that will fit without hitting the underside of the body Cheers 🤘🏼
My daughter got this at a raffle and a local RC comp event, but it doesnt come with a battery. So im curious what a good battery would be for long run times!
I enjoy the realism of scale crawlers. I didn't expect it to be so much like a real vehicle. I recently upgraded to a Hobbywing Fusion Pro brushless motor which promptly grenaded my axles which bound my drive shafts which damaged the transmission. As a result, I upgraded everything and I don't know if this makes a difference. I have 2 piece metal drive shafts now, skinny spline slides into fat spline tube. Does it make a difference is the skinny spline is on the transmission side vs the axle side?
I know this is a known issue. I have checked that the two gears in the transmission are in the correct orientation. But just wondering if anyone else has any other tips to reduce this noise.
Also if anyone knows why my paint is cracking so bad after impacts I’d love an answer.
I bought my kid a deadbolt for his birthday. Charged it before use. Have recharged it a few times since. I went to charge it today and the inside of the charging device immediately smoked and burst into flames, as soon as I plugged it in.
Should I just return it altogether and get a different brand? Is this a fluke? If I hadn’t been right next to it our house would have been on fire. He’s super upset this was his big birthday present (he’s 4, so reasoning is hard).
Just picked this up!
Finally got my CJ7 in and I upgraded the shocks to desert lizard 100 mm in the front and 110 in the rear but I’ve found that the rear driveshaft center section keeps falling out when flexed out. Has anyone run into this? Does anyone know here I can find a longer center section? Or just a good after market driveshaft? Thank you
