Even outside of “Frylegs” and “The Cubing” Frylock shows alot that despite trying to be a good person. He often gets impatient or fed up and does shitty things.
Examples:

In the tree episode. he tries to talk his way out of the court with shake. only to finally use his eyebeams on the trees after talking didnt work.

In McPeePants’ first episode. shake is trying to attack meatwad with a guitar. and while trying to get meatwad to turn the music down. frylock loses his patience with meatwad and threatens to “bring shake in here with that guitar”
