I have never seen on like this on a truck before. It looks permanently installed.

Interested in a local tower’s fm. Only registered bands from the tower site that match up are the ones listed. Not sure why they’re up if the license is canceled.

Thought it may be fun to draw more transmitter site sprites for Transport Tycoon/OpenTTD of all things. First thing that came to mind was AT&T long lines for some reason, so now I have an army of microwave relay towers.

As i'm also drawing up some more conventional transmitter sites. I may later ask for some visual distinctions between AM and FM transmitter sites if this is a good sub to ask about that kind of stuff.

I'm assuming it's a microwave transmitter.

Tried posting in /whatisthisthing but was recommended to post here. Trying to identify or understand what this antenna would be used for. It was recently installed in my neighborhood and looks like a signal monitoring device. It’s roughly 4x7x12 inches with a power cable running directly into the power line. Affixed pole is similar to the light pole. Interest in knowing is pure curiosity.

Found this in a school I do IT for. If it helps, the building wasn’t originally a school but a job center I believe. It looks like it could be something for a TV or radio. Any help identifying this is appreciated. Mostly just for my curiosity. Apologies if this is not the correct subreddit.

Help I acquired a Kiwa mw loop air core antenna just like the one pictured and I need help setting it up. No manual or instructions. Anyone have any experience with this antenna?

Jk, went up a few years ago on the corner of my block, I just thought it looked cool in this shot.

Anyone know what this antenna could be on my windshield. Car is a 2008 civic SI. When I click the button a blue light is projected from the antenna, when I hold the button my dash headlight symbol and hazard light button flash a few times.
