I recently came into the possession of a large, traditional Japanese (anime-style) fire pit for roasting meat. I was wondering if anyone knew a recipe for anime-style meat on bone or if there is some type of analytics regarding meat statistics in anime which could aid me in making the meat on bone dish the most traditional and anime style cooking.
I'm experimenting with gyozas since 2019 and now I think I've finally found my definitive recipe; to celebrate I've made a video recipe that's also a little tribute to Dorohedoro and the mighty GYOZA FAIRY!
I hope you like the video and the gyoza ^_^
