    How can I legally obtain a popular song for an AMV?

    I am a digital artist and want to extend my art to AMVs. I had a very specific popular song in mind, but I have no idea how to acquire it. I am not looking to upload an AMV for money, I just have a specific thing I want to make.

    I know this question prabalby has a very simple answer, but I usually listen to music on YT, so I`m not sure how to go about it.

    Trying to find a certain Reona Anima AMV of SAO

    I'm looking for an old SAO amv that uses the song reona - anima, this AMV was really really good, if I could I remember one thing from it is that it has a part at the end where the song is muffled and you can hear kirito saying/using "starburst stream" against null. I've been trying to find it in the recent months on and off and if someone can help me find it.

    Even the name of the editor would just be enough!

    Editing amvs

    Hi there. I've started making amvs and it's been a really fun hobby. However I've hit a roadblock. I see others making videos where they are able to separate a shows talking audio from the background music track. I have yet to achieve this and it's super frustrating. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. There's so many lines I would love to use but I can't isolate it from the back track without it sounding super distorted and bad. Any tips are appreciated

    I need help with After Effects

    Almost 2 years ago I had to switch from AE after two weeks of using it because playback was laggy, I had to use Premiere Pro to cut my videos easily and I had to use Media Encoder to render the content into my preferred format. The thing that bothered me the most was that I wasn't really learning the software at some point but the plugins. I found out Davinci Resolve was better in everything but it has its cons too. It is quite unstable at times and it's hard to achieve that level of quality and complexity needed for an AMV.

    I have reinstalled After Effects and I want to ask the most experienced editors of this community which plugins do I need to install, since I have basically zero experience with AE. If possible it would be nice to know what kind of software setup/workflow you guys use when making AMVs in AE.
