hi all,
This morning i was able to pick up a signal this morning as meteor m2-3 and noaa 19 was passing overhead.
while i was looking at the sdr, the strongest signal that i got was on 137.6 which is noaa 15? but noaa 15 was on the other side of the earth from me at the time which is what i dont understand.
i also got a small image from what i believe was noaa 19, as i got the signal at 137.9.
Here is the image i got from 137.6 using an noaa apt decoder.
Does anyone know why im getting signals from the 'wrong' frequencies?
thanks in advance!
Not the best pass I had from NOAA 18 but it was ok.

My friend and I were discussing last night. If you could "uber", i.e. on-demand take control of, a highly-reflective satellite that approximated the moon, what would you use it for?
The best use I could think of was flip it on and off to spell things with morse code. But I'm sure there's a better, more wild answer than that
