Does anyone know what the book/audio in the intro is from? It seems like its from an old horror movie, but I'm not particularly sure.
This applies to all music genres but a lot of new small aggrotech artists have been using AI to generate album covers, go outside and take a picture of the road and slap your band logo on if you can't afford to hire an artist, you can do Photoshop in any free image editing or drawing software. I'm just a listener at the end of the day and if I don't like it I can leave, but it is really upsetting to see, I don't want this little corner of music to turn into AI generated slop. For now it's just album art but next it's going to be music too
Hello guys, these are the lyrics to the song "come up and get me" by Seraphim System. In the lyrics below, the two lines that contain "???" are the lines that I didn't understand what is said in the video. Can someone please fill in the sentence that is said? I think it says "Quakes of repetition exactly" and "Just for warfare nuclear casting", but I have doubts.
Lyrics:
"Here comes a panic Demonic distorted antics Supersonic sick apocalyptic shit BLACKJACK pit bull my machines got this Frequency spikes and atomic lunatics Magnetic metallic terrifying toxic and automatic Classic massacre swaggrotech on the trap shit Fuck a hater we’re fighters to the last of what matters Fuck a hater and what crowds want to encounter This is the new face of industrial blasting I’m a Predator ten time everlasting Obsidian frontline broadcasting ??? ??? Swaggrotech crew keep it smashing Ready your weapons and let the slaughter happen Come up and get me"
Hello, everyone! I’m really happy to have found a community of people who enjoy this genre of music because it’s the genre I make! This is my song FALL and it’d mean a lot if you could check it out. I’m also on Spotify and SoundCloud. Thank you!
We all know the staples of the genre, but are there any new aggrotech projects? I haven’t been able to find much outside of new releases from bands I know already. Anyone got any ideas or recommendations for new projects?
Hi guys, does anyone have the lyrics to the songs Rave to The Grave by Alien Vampires and Don't Be Afraid of the Dark by C-Lekktor?

FFO: Harsh Industrial / Aggrotech style of music.
So basically I discovered this type of music really recently and I'm searching for MORE because I can't get enough, fav groups so far are Centhron, God Module, Tactical Sekt... thank you :)
Maybe of interest to folks in this subreddit, this is my project WARDAY - it’s got the vocal style and the nuclear war anxiety themes of 80s UK anarcho-punk, mixed with the aggressively nervous music of 90s gabber, aggrotech and industrial. The album tells the story of the day a nuclear war breaks out in the UK. Enjoy!
What’s up guys? Wanted to share our video for our new single Dead Nation to be released Aug 26 on Spotify, iTunes and all other streaming services.
what artists would you reccomend? i know angerfist and combichrist, suicide commando.
Post really says it all. I’ve enjoyed stuff from Grendel, Combichrist, Suicide Commando, and God Module. Rec me some more stuff like this!
So I've been listening to this genre for a couple months now, I've listened to metal all my life and I gotta say aggrotech is really REALLY good, so I wanted some suggestions, so far I've been listening to God Module, Centhron, Tactical Sekt, Xperiment... but I just want more, anyways that's all!
Tips for Aggrotech / Dark Electro
I've been producing in FL Studio for some years and I have experimented with many genres, although I mainly have experience with hip-hop (boom bap, drill). I have been very little into trance / techno. I'm looking to make Aggrotech (God Module, Dawn Of Ashes, Combichrist, Suicide Commando etc) but I'm running into quite a few obstacles and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. YouTube barely has whole tutorials on the genre.
Which drum machines / packs would work best for the genre? I've heard that in the past (industrial / EBM bands like Skinny Puppy for example) they used 909 / 707 etc, and I've tried those and quite a few more, but I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I know distortion / compression are typically used but I'm not sure if I'm using them the way I should on these drums. Any specific vsts or tips for EQing these drums?
Accordingly, I've been workiy with some synths (surprisingly I'm more comfortable using serum than some simpler ones) but I've only managed to make some simple bass presets (mainly pluck bass) and some very simple super saw leads. I have noticed that Arpegios / Sequencers / Trance Gates are sometimes used but I am not sure if I am using them the right way either.
I don't have problems with vocals /vocal processing.
If anyone has any advice on these questions or the genre in general, I'd greatly appreciate it!
