New motto for the…as long as it’s needed

Mental health is a daily struggle for me and as I am currently unmedicated / out of therapy, I’m noticing the way I handle situations is more elevated. I’ve came up with new daily affirmation of sorts when I become upset and it’s to help not put all of the blame on another party but to realize I’m not the whole problem. At least once a day I tell myself “my feelings are not their responsibility, but their reaction to me vocalizing my feelings is.”
