Hello everyone, I have a DJI mini 4 pro and have my first real estate photography gig tomorrow. The clients wants a few still shots of the property and one from above to showcase the outline of the property.
I would like some advice on what to charge for this, it will probably take me maximum 15 minutes to get the pictures I need and maybe an hour to edit the pictures.
This client advised that if tomorrow goes well then they could have on going work for me month on month.
I'm just not sure what to charge at all as I'm new, trying to find what competitors prices are is difficult without actually requesting a fake quote!
How much would you charge in my position?
Does anyone know of a reputable company to use for drone photos and videos in the Jackson, Wyoming area? Willing to pay of course!
Wouldn't it be much cheaper to use civilian versions of drones for imaging? I've seen smaller dji drones being used for imaging purposes but they're limited by payload capacity and flight duration. Currently aerial imaging orgs use small charter planes for this purpose which can be defended by the heavy payloads and larger areas to be covered but why haven't they experimented with bigger drones
So I have been asked by 2 people this week for use of my Drone to take some pictures of their house and surrounding areas.
Thing is I haven’t a clue how much to charge as I’ve never had to do private work before. It will take me somewhere around 30-45mins to do.
I have a DJI Mavic Air 2, CAA approved and have decent knowledge of all the rules and regulations.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, also any tips on what shots I should.
