I am working to automate the following process:
Data pulled from a database on Notion
Selected data is used to fill in a pre-defined format a Canva template
I started using Zapier but it is not as straight forward, any help is appreciated.
I have an automation to add people to a Discord Server when they purchase a product. The problem is that Randomly my automation gets to a halt and gives me the error " Must set delay to a positive integer"
But I already have a delay set before that step, and in actual Step, there is no a delay that can be set.
Does anybody knows what I should do?
Hello, does someone have a solution for my Zapier Monday.com problem?
I have two separate Monday Boards that are supposed to share info.
Board 1 has unique campaign names as Items (e.g. campaign-market-year). Subitems in this board (more than 10 per item) are unique tasks done in that campaign (e.g. client1) with a Status column showcasing progress ("In progress", "Failed", "Done"). When that task phase is completed, subitems are put as "Done" in Monday.
As soon as (and only if) the subitem status in Board 1 is "Done", Board 2 should have the same info to notify a different team to continue working on the task from there. Items (campaign names) from Board 1 are automatically created in Board 2 immediately, but I have issues with the subitems, as I can't seem to move them across boards to their parent items with the same name. I can't create a new item each time because not all subitems finish in the same time, sometimes it's two or three weeks difference between the first and the last one, and static Item Names would result in a lot of duplicates.
I can't seem to have a mapped Item ID in Zapier when creating subitems, it always shows up as error.

I’ve setup a Google Calendar where I want to add events over time. The Zap should
This works great each time I click “test” while editing the Zap.
When I look at the list of Zaps, it’s “on”, and polling is set to 2 minutes.
So I setup the calendar with a few different near-term events (5 minutes out, 10 minutes out. 20 minutes out).
It never triggers.
If I open the Zap and click the “Run” button it says “Zap run failed. We couldn't find any new events.”
Then if I edit the Zap again, run the test again, it works again.
I check Twilio logs and it shows only the calls at the times that I ran the tests.
So nothing is triggering on the “Event Start” trigger.
How do I test/trouble shoot further?

Is it possible to create an automation that would update a cell in a google spreadsheet after a specific email has been received? Note: i'm currently working with a free version of Zapier-so I'm wondering if that is prohibiting me from doing what I want.
We are company that is tracking incoming shipments for our customers. So once a confirmation email has been received with the order # in it.; I'd like the spreadsheet to update a specific column in the row that relates to the order number. The spreadsheet is a basic google sheet with Order # column and Delivery Status Column. For example if we receive an email that says:
"Good news your order #123 has arrived."
Is it possible to create a zap that changes the status cell in the linked spreadsheet in the appropriate row for order #123?
I understand the basics of Zapier and have been able to filter those emails to a specific folder/label in Gmail so that the Zap sees them. But I'm struggling with the 2nd step of reading the email for the appropriate information. Please note I am able to customize the notification email to anything I want it to say, so if the information needs to be in the email in a certain format for Zapier to read, I can definitely do that.

I have a community set up in Heartbeat and Stripe pricing table embedded on my website for membership. When someone purchases a membership I want them to recieve an automated email with a unique login to access the community in Heartbeat. I know how to set up a Zap for the email, but not sure about login details for Heartbeat, any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
I’m encountering an issue when trying to integrate Google Forms (via Google Sheets) with Constant Contact using Zapier. Essentially, I want to automatically add or update contacts in Constant Contact whenever a new form response is submitted for a membership form we have set up. However, I am running into a roadblock with the email mapping, which is preventing new form responses from being added to Constant Contact.
Here’s the situation:
The Problem:
If I delete the existing email address from the Google Sheet before testing again, the Zap works correctly for the first test upload. However, when new rows are added with different email addresses to the google sheet after publishing the zap, the Zap encounters the same error. It states that the email has already been added and then shows the mapped example email instead of dynamically pulling and inputting the email address from the recipient's form response.I’m unsure if this issue stems from incorrect mapping or some other configuration problem.
I simply want Zapier to add or update contact information from the Google Sheet to the specified Constant Contact list whenever a new row is added.
It's a specific sheet within the spreadsheet.
I currently have a zap setup that finds the file (Google Drive "Find File"), but I'm unsure how to convert the sheet into a PDF. Would love any help! Thanks.

So, I had to change the input from ChatGPT to Gemini on my automation as Gemini is a better tool for what I need. The response comes out like this, with chat gpt.
where as when I use the other one Gemini the results do this.
ans the formatting is completely wrong, This is using text split and the input for both is the seperate as lined items everything is the exact same except the output. please help
EDIT: I understand why both are working, I just don't understand why the results are different the first one is seperating the output result iof the lined items, and the second is sperating the response as a whole. Seems to be a glitch and I want to sperate the outputs not the text as awhole.
I use a budgeting app to manage my personal finances. I have scheduled transactions setup to see the due date and balance for upcoming payments. Majority of these transactions are fixed amounts which works great. Some are variable expenses such as credit card payments, so I have to manually update the amounts in YNAB each month based on the statement balance in the email.
I realized I could automate this process with Zapier. I created a zap to parse statement balance emails from my credit card company and created future-dated scheduled transactions in my budgeting app for the statement balance and due date. Testing worked as expected, although I quickly realized that I need the Zapier pro version to publish the zap.
Seeing as this simply a personal project with < 100 tasks per month, I can't justify the monthly cost for Zapier Pro. I was wondering if there are any competitors that offer more extensive features with their free plan? More specifically, one with a free plan allowing for multiple steps and an analyze/extract feature with AI capabilities similar to the "AI by Zapier" tool. Doesn't necessarily have to be free, although I can't justify $30/month for a personal project.
Non-developer here. I was wondering if anyone has set up a Zap that automates messages/connections on LinkedIn (with Google Sheets)? Ideally I'd have checkbox columns with "connect" and "message" and then I could just tick them automating actions to the LinkedIn profile URL in a separate column. TIA for any help :)

Since yesterday, I've been experiencing some issues with the Trello app on Zapier. Specifically, the "Card Moved to List" trigger, which was working perfectly fine before, has stopped showing card data like the card's name and description.
Today, I encountered another issue with the "Create Card" action. When trying to create a new card, I'm getting the following error:
códigoFailed to create a card in Trello
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')
This error seems to indicate that Zapier is trying to access something undefined, but I can't figure out what might be causing it.
Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems with Trello on Zapier? If so, have you found a solution or workaround for this?
I’ve already double-checked the configuration and ensured that all fields in the Zaps are properly set up. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all, so recently got a new job after being in a small company and getting there bigcommerce and marketing suite upto scratch. I mentioned in the new job that I’d been looking at Zapier and my soon to be boss said “yeah Zapier is a good temporary fix” which threw me a little. Why would you consider zaps as temporary measures? I can think of scenarios which a zap would work really well long term compared to other tools/modules.
Hi everyone, I need help creating a Zap that sends me a single email on the 28th of each month containing a list of all the leads (emails) collected in GoHighLevel during the previous month. Here's what I have so far:
I’ve set the Zap’s trigger as "Pipeline Stage Changed" in LeadConnector (GoHighLevel).
I want to store the leads over the course of the month in a format like a Google Sheet.
On the 28th of the month, I want to retrieve all emails added in the last month, compile them into a list, and send this list to my email (e.g., johndoe123@gmail.com).
The issues I’m facing:
How can I ensure leads are stored continuously throughout the month and not trigger an email for every new lead?
How do I format and filter the data in Zapier to only include leads from the current month?
Is Google Sheets the best option for temporary storage, or is there a better way to collect and retrieve the data in Zapier?
Any step-by-step guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to use Zapier to pass the GCLID from my website (Duda) to a Google Sheets.
As far as I can tell, I have the field setup properly on my Duda form; it is populating with data when I inspect the data packet on the web page after a form submission.
But, on the Zapier side, I cannot select any hidden fields as data to pass through to Google Sheets.
Anyone know a way around this?

Can anyone please help me figure this out? I am trying to use Zapier to send a message on a discord channel whenever there is a ticket sale on Eventbrite. This is how I have it set up currently, but I want it to display the total amount of ticket sales every time a new attendee is registered, but it just keeps saying 100.

I see a Zap that lets me get abandoned carts, but not abandoned checkouts.

For the last year at my full-time job I have been building very intricate automation using Zapier. I have calculated that over the last 3 months, I have saved across multiple departments over 40 hours a week.
So with that being said I feel like I have become pretty advanced with Zapier with integrations in JotForm, teams, CRMs such as AgencyBloc, Zapier Tables, Google Sheets, Email, some minor code by zapier, and document sending platforms such as DocuSign and PandaDoc.
