First of all, I would like to say that I was going to make this review regardless of my experience - Good or Bad.
So here it is.
My GTX 1660 Super AMP GPU had a display port issue where all 3 DPs were not working. Only the HDMI port was working with less than 1 year warranty left. So, I decided to go for RMA.
I submitted it to Kaizen, Lamington Road, Mumbai (their official partner for Warranty) and the process was mostly smooth. I had absolutely no complaints with the executives there as they were mostly co-operative for the most part.
However, I was unlucky - the first replacement I received 10 days after submitting the GPU had a major issue where it was underperforming by almost 30% and had artifacts.
Mind you, I had to travel about 75km to and from to submit it and collect it for ONE replacement.
Then I had to submit it again and the second replacement took 10 days more, and there was an issue with the making (manufacturing defect where the card slot was tilted and won't fit in my motherboard).
They accepted the card back again and replaced me with another card - the Third Replacement, this card is the one I have right now, and it seems to have no issues so far. I did see some artifacting on the first boot but that was it.
To sum it up, the entire process was tiring especially because I lived far away from South Mumbai. I had to make multiple trips that took hours of my time. They don't provide an option to ship it to you. Also, I had to use my friend's GT 710 2GB gpu meanwhile for almost about 45 days.
However, the staff was co-operative, and I feel I was unlucky that I did not get the better replacement at one go.
Is this normal for this model, or do I have something broken?
In the internet I see it with lights:
But on my card this thing on its back is just plain dark.
Are you guys still planning on releasing the zone this month in the US?
Recently my card has started to seemingly run hotter (i've had it for 3 - 4 months) and it's consistantly hitting 80 degrees with 100% fan speed when I play games (even less intensive games). Any idea why or any suggestions as to how I can improve temps? Or is this normal?
I have this handheld from Zotac, and I like it a lot.
The screen is fantastic. The sound is good, and the controls good too.
But I have a problem.
Running games from Steam, all is OK.
But running emulators, using the microSD card, I have freezes of about a second, randomly.
I think all was okay the first day. But maybe an update of the chipset or the video drivers made a conflict.
Has anyone an idea of what can I do? I don't know how to update properly this machine, I think.
I'm unable to find drivers for the handheld anywhere.
Zotac 4090. Purchased the original one November of last year. Died in September. Got an rma. Rma'ed card came two days ago. It is now dead. Have hardly played anything, due to work.
I spent $200+ dollars sending this to zotac, and they took nearly a month to send a replacement that is dead in less than two days.
I doubt it's a cpu issue.
Can I get zotac to give me the nearly $2000 I spent on this? This is the first and last time I buy a zotac card.
What’s urs
Since I read many terrible RMA experience posts on this sub, I'd like to share mine which was great.
My Zotac 4070TI started giving artifacts and random black screens after a year of use and I decided to start the RMA process, here's how it went.

Whole process was very smooth and took 15 days total, would have probably been less if I sent the card the day after the TMA was approved.
Thanks Zotac.
Whenever I open OBS my gpu wattage goes from 280+ to 198-230 watts it is causing -30 fps. I can’t get fix online pls help
I'm curious how the warranty stickers work.
E.g. the ZBOX CI337 nano shown in the picture: To reach the faster M.2 / NVMe slot on the other side, I would need to break the warranty sticker.
So how does this make sense? I can only get the full potential of these devices when losing warranty?
Hard reset.info one of early customer of Zotac zone just published their video. And I notice there is 1 tutorial shows screen info. I want to know if ZDZ0501 is from BOE or Samsung. Because I wanna consider upgrading from steam deck OLED. If you guys let me know. I would be happy to hear. Thank you.
Did some of them not come with back plates because mine does not have a back plate but the serial number sticker is on the PCB
I have a zotac twin edge 4070, and I would like to know if I were to buy a triple fan shroud, could it fit on my twin edge? Or are the mounts incompatible?
Thanks in advance
So I submitted an RMA, 2 weeks ago and emailed them to follow-up. I am attaching the email I received. Does this mean I will be getting a replacement GPU?
Hi guys,
I am planning on getting a barebones version of an older gen Magnus One and planning on putting an I5 10400, Zotac RTX 4070 with 32gb of ddr4 ram. This is mostly for 1440p gaming on a 4k 60hz display.
How is the reliability of this model?
I have noticed a few older posts complaining about random crashes and BSODs after a few months of ownership. There is never a clear cut solution that seems to work for everyone, I have seen solutions ranging from reseating cpu fan, rolling back gpu drivers, something to do with "ferrite" etc. Are these isolated issues or something that affects a lot of people?
Will my CPU run well on the stock cooler. Will it thermal throttle? I would not mind a loud fan noise, if that will be the only issue.
Thanks!

Hello all,
I am reading more and more bad reviews regarding ZOTAC aftersales and especially warranty claims.
Unfortunately my GPU has gone bad (RTX3070) and after trying to claim through warranty, they simply ghost me after a few emails and stop responding back.
So i wanted to ask if this is more people's experience and how/if they resolved it.
Bought my first gaming pc with 4060 Twin Edge OC 8 GB recently. Having read through the post on Reddit.
Is it necessary to instal the Firestorm software for OC? Would the GPU OC itself without the software?
Hi all, I bought a used GTX 970 for cheap. It works great! However, the fans make a droning noise at low speed. The real issue is that the fans are always running at 22-ish%, so the droning noise is always present.
I tried with FanControl, Afterburner, etc. to force 0 RPM, but it is not possible. Is there any other way to force 0 RPM on idle?
I have dissassembled the shroud, cleaned the fans, the heatsink, etc. I even tried running the card with the fan disconnected (but that overheated pretty quickly). The fans work fine when pushed, but when browsing the web the noise is almost unbearable.
Once your replacement gpu has been found and you responded to get it delivered, does anyone know an estimated time that would take for the card to get delivered? Only information I have is that the gpu replacement has been found and haven’t got word back.
Hi guys, im just change 3060 to 3070 Holo AMP, there is two PCIE connectors need to plug in, i just want to ask can i use the PSU with one cable of PCIE Seperated to two connectors?, its the original of the PSU! Another thing is why Zotac 3070 Holo AMP in Asean - Vietnam just got one year warranty instead of 3 years like normal?
Hi everyone ,
Hoping for some advice.
I’ve recently moved from an XFX 7900XT to the 4080 Super trinity. When doing so I’ve also changed my PSU to 850W gold.
After a weeks usage I’ve noticed that im getting intermittent artifacting in patches almost like static. Unfortunately i dont have a picture yet as I’ve just gotten it to stop.
It’s the second time since having the card it’s happened and the first I reseated the GPU and powe r cable which fixed it . The second time I’ve done the exact same and it’s sorted it .
Previously I tried DDU , removing A-XMP setting on ram , disabling hdr , removing all core optimizer on cpu which non helped . Only reseating GPU and cables is doing it.
What could this be ? Failing GPU? Mobo? Or PSU cable ? I’m using the cable included with the PSU for power as it looks better.
Any help appreciated
I purchased a Zotac RTX 4080 16GB AMP Extreme Airo from an authorized shop in BD on August 6, 2023. Living in a poor third-world country, buying this GPU wasn’t easy; it cost me a fortune of $1,572. Just over a year after buying it, on October 3, 2024, I experienced something extremely shocking.
I was simply watching a YouTube video with 5-6 Chrome tabs open when I suddenly heard a "frrr, frrr, frrr" noise. When I looked at my PC, to my shock, I saw actual flames inside my PC case!
Thankfully, my main power cord was right next to my desk, and I immediately disconnected it. At first, I thought the fire was coming from the PSU (MSI MPG A1000G PCIE5 1000W 80+ Gold). But when I took a closer look, I found a large soot mark on the glass door of my Thermaltake View 51 TG case. I opened the case and discovered that around 1 cm of the GPU’s circuit board at the edge was severely burnt.
Can you see that around 1 cm of the PCB under the metal shield is severely burnt?
I’ve always treated this GPU with great care: no overclocking, no tweaking, no gaming. It was primarily used for light video editing (FB reels for clients), where the GPU faced minimal pressure. However, I had plans to use this GPU for more graphics-intensive tasks in the future, especially once I had the chance to learn software like Autodesk Maya.
Additionally, my apartment is equipped with an over-voltage circuit breaker that trips if the voltage goes above 250V. The weather was completely normal at the time, and I have a dedicated grounding line specifically for my PC and its peripherals.
I regularly monitor my system’s temperature using HWInfo on my Windows 10 taskbar, and my case’s lighting is set up to provide visual feedback on temperature. It stays blue when the temperature is between 50-60°C, turns yellow above 70°C, and becomes fully red at 90°C. At the time of the incident, the case lighting was blue, which made sense because I wasn’t doing anything intensive, just watching a YouTube video with 5-6 other tabs open.
I live in a two-room apartment alone, where there is no cooking (except tea and coffee). I use it mainly as my office and have made sure that no cockroaches (either American or German), lizards, or mice can live here. That’s why I have the courage to keep my large PC case on the floor to ensure maximum airflow.
So, despite all these precautions, why did my GPU suddenly catch fire? What’s worse, had I not been near my PC and quickly disconnected the power cord, the fire could have easily spread to the rest of the PC and possibly my entire apartment!
I’ve been reading about other Zotac users on Reddit who have faced similar issues, and many have reported receiving defective, refurbished cards in return. That would be a nightmare for me. In a country like mine, where the parcel system is very complicated, I simply can’t afford to spend more time and energy dealing with such a hassle again.
I hope Zotac will send me a brand new, non-refurbished, defect-free card to prevent any further trouble. If I receive a defective product, I’ll have no choice but to create YouTube videos exposing this dreadful incident and Zotac’s poor handling of such issues.
can you see that large soot mark on the glass door?
My power supply: MSI MPG A1000G PCIE5 1000W 80+ Gold. No issues here.
The 600W power cable, snugly fitted into the graphics card’s socket. No issues here.
I can't find much information to compare the two models. If they're both the same price, which is a better model/value?
The 4080 has a much bigger cooler and +10% power limit and dual bios. The 4080s has a smaller cooler and will run hot at around 80C but a few more shader cores and better memory and will fit smaller cases better, I think. Not sure about the power limit.
Which should I pick? Thanks!
I try to download it but just before I put it in Virus Scan it told me there was a malware is that normal or ?
I thought it launched at the end of august and we still don't have the chance to buy it in north America???

I have an zotac 4090 trinity and now the rgb on the card is flashing red every 10 sec or blue (AMPLIFY and QUIET bios mode).
i did not change anything on the pc
i did not use firestorm
i did basically nothing and it just started.
the only working fix i found (that lasts 4 minutes) is clearing cmos.
PLEASE help me, im going insane.
Edit: fixed it ( for now ) cleared the CMOS again.
I have RTX 4070 ti super trinity and fans are always set to 70% ( manual) for about 4-7 hours a day or sometimes even 9+ hours will it reduce my gpu fan lifespan. If yes than by how much I didn’t get a good response on Quora or google
