Anyone able to comment on the amount of fan noise this card makes? Anyone got a DB reader?

Not many reviews for it, and none of them talk about fan noise or coil whine.

Does anybody know if this card will be available in Canada? As far as I can see it’s only listed on Newegg whilst all the other retailers only have the SOLID variant of the 5080/5090.

Hi, I just recieved my Zotac Solid OC 5080 and have problem with glichting/artifacts. Example here

On the first boot I had the problem on the OS. Only one monitor got regonized by the GPU.
After a clean deinstallation of the drivers via DDU and a new installation, both monitors worked in OS without glichting.

BUT the problem is still there when enabling the BIOS.

Do any one other Solid OC users have the same problem?

I’m considering purchasing the 4070 Ti Super AMP HOLO, and I’ve seen some reports about issues with RGB control. Could someone clarify if this problem still exists or if it has been resolved? Additionally, is it possible to control all the lighting on the card, including the "sag protector," or are there limitations?

I'm just confused. Can someone please help me, I had it boosting normally around 2892mhz earlier, after first boot and testing it was stuck at 1900mhz, and was like oh the problems gone. It's not, and it's happening again. Obviously just got the card and it seems to be acting up already :(. Has anyone else has any issues. I have the zotac solid oc 5080. Sorry I hope that made sense :( I'm just really upset right now

Haven't seen, I don't think, a single one in any post, or any retailer. 5080 amp extreme, 5090 solid, yes. But no 5090 amp extreme. Were they not ready?

I saw plenty of 5080 solids pop up but zero Infinitys, I know they were most likely lower production number but wondering if they were so low in production they were gone instantly.

Does anyone know how to check which bios is the default or currently switched on for the card? I know the button on the front switches it I’m just not sure how to check it.

Hi as the title suggests. I Ordered 11900f cpu today and when i browse the Internet about good cooler i saw people complaining that there is no 11th gen intel support i got shocked! 10th and 11th gen intel motherboard are the same ! Why zotac!

My current system is zotac zbox magnus one 10400 cpu and 3060 gpu.

I think i will refund the 11900f cpu if is there no solution like "mod" BIOS or something 😢

Going to ask here, maybe I'm the idiot for wanting one of these things, or maybe I am just missing something.

But I just got the Zotac Zone, seems like it checks all my boxes from all the other handhelds I own...

Got it all set up, my go to game is always Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga... and I get error after error. Do some fighting and it appears to be due to the fact that I don't have a 60hz display option... Fine I'll go through AMD... it's not there. I finally get a display option, it is in the same format so 1080x1920 since it's a vertical display, apply it... and its a garbled image. Just a bunch of random colors, no clear picture, windows sets it back after 10 seconds and that's it...

Is this thing just... not compatible with sub 120hz???? I updated all the drivers, I ran the display driver update (putting files on a USB, disable secure boot, let it do its thing, back into windows run the registry update they proved)... and still nothing. 120hz by default, adding another option gets me a garbled image...

Any help here? Or am I just SOL until an update gets pushed... at some point?

I'm trying to figure out why there's a $150 difference between the RTX 5080 SOLID and RTX 5080 SOLID OC. My country only got the OC so I was forced to pay the extra premium.

The only difference between them I can find is the boost clock speed is 23Mhz higher on the OC version, which seems like nothing. Other AIBs have much higher clock rates on their OC versions.

Is there any other difference? Does the OC version have higher binned chips or something that actually makes it worth more?

Does anyone know where the width measurements of these cards are taken from?

Hello guys I just installed a new 4080 super on my pc and when I try to play to cyberpunk the fans turn a full speed every time is not normal? I check the temperature and is not reach even 50°? And for some reason my gpu is on pci 1 when my 6750 xt was on pci 3

Like the title says will 5090 and 5080 cards be available online tonight or will we have to try Best Buy or Newegg to get a card?

I know that Zotac doesn't transfer warranty but how strict is their proof of purchase if I get a copy of the receipt from the original owner?

And then I'm wondering how the temps are idle and temps when watching videos with video super resolution enabled? I have the Zotac 4060 Ti which will have the fans go on and off using video super resolution which gives me an idea of how Zotac is and I know the temperature threshold already. Being small fans and a small heatsink on the 4060 Ti may change how the 4090 is on noise.

Bought this card as a stepping stone for a friend’s build and thought to try fit it in my Magnus One.

Requires the front panel to be removed first but after that it fits like a charm.

Clears everything around it.

Of course it needs more work with the PSU as it has a 16 pin connector.

I bought a Zotac 3070 ti Trinity oc on August 2nd, 2023 and it was working fine until the end of 2024 around november when one of the fans started making more noise than the others. This started after I played GTA for a week and i noticed the sound was coming because the fan was stopping and running again and again. I removed the gpu from the motherboard and checked, the fan that was having a problem with spinning didnt spin as smoothly as the other 2. Then after further investigation, I found that the other 2 fans were connected into the gpu junctioned through a single cable and the one that wasn't working had a white cable of it's own. Can anyone let me know what to do?

Hello everyone, earlier today when I went to turn on my PC, the RGB lights on my 3080 went to a bright red on a single spot, after some reboots it had a random light blueish and purple colour on each end. Now, The RGB is completely gone off and I can’t open the spectra tab in FireStorm. I’ve tried DDU , FwToolv1.2 but it just gets stuck at 2-1. I’ve almost tried everything but still no solution. Please help, thank you!

I'm not sure what else to try or do... I bought my son this GPU for Christmas... Computer was fine, and then all of a sudden last weekend, it started doing these hard crashes. The computer crashes so hard it completely freezes, I can't do anything but force a shutdown. No mouse, the screen is completely froze... I can't control alt delete.. I have to force a shutdown, and then it'll boot up like everything is fine.
The game that makes it hard crash consistently is Overwatch.
He's been playing Valorant, Minecraft and I think Fornite without crashes...

I've tried completely uninstalling everything, and everything Nvidia then reinstalling drivers.
I've also tried uninstalling / reinstalling Overwatch.
Nvidia control panel settings are everything default except " Prefer Maximum Power"

Any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?

I don’t have it over clicked, should I download a different profile?

So my 4090 connector melted a couple of weeks ago. Sent card back to retailer who sent it to Zotac for inspection. Zotac have agreed to the RMA and sent the card back to the retailer in UK. Since no 4090's are available anymore I'm being offered a credit. Zotac haven't said what that credit is although the retailer has said they'll offer a statutory £475 based on market value after 18 months ownership! Obviously I told the retailer I won't be accepting such a ridiculously low credit so I now have to wait for Zotac's decision.

Anyone been in this situation before? Timing is crap due to the imminent release of the 5000 series but surely I will be offered more than £475?? Also why don't Zotac have the card repaired? My understanding is replacing the power socket on the card is relatively straightforward?

Must say I'm panicking a bit. Thought I'd just get a replacement card but now staring down the barrel of losing a lot of money. Cheers.
