I recently purchased the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER AMP HOLO, and it’s been performing well with good temperatures and decent performance. However, I'm having trouble with the RGB lighting on the logo of the backplate—it doesn’t light up. I’ve tried adjusting the settings through the FireStorm utility, but nothing seems to work. I’ve attached a picture of the GPU and a screenshot of my current configuration. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hello! Unfortunately I just got everything setup and slotted in my new 4080 Zotac Aero. However, one fan no matter what will rattle at any fan speed. It's extremely loud and almost sounds like something is hitting it, however no cables are in the way of it. Other 2 fans are fine.
But I really can't deal with this noise lol it's unbearable
Tried looking through the posts with all kinds of combinations of 4080, aio, water lock, etc.
Is there any available AIO for the 4080 Super Trinity Black that users have personal experience with?
My biggest issue is trying to move to a smaller footprint case with this and a 7800x3d. Looking mostly at "smaller case = fewer fans" as well as the issue of alternative mounting options with vapor chamber cards (like the Thermaltake Tower 300, where the card "hangs" with the outputs facing the top of the case.
Any help would be appreciated!
When comparing these two in the official website, it seems like the only difference is that the OC version has 30 MHz more boost clock! Are the VRMs and the cooler really identical ?
Within a few minutes after powering on, the computer often freezes to black screen (and possibly restarts). It is more likely the more demanding stuff I'm doing, and less likely the longer the PC has been on. Once it's been on for about 20 minutes it's pretty much immune to the crash - at this point it's probably crashed 1-3 times, rarely more, and seems to be fewer times during warmer weather.
I've tried using crash reporting software (WhoCrashed) but it doesn't seem to usually be able to generate a report when it crashes this way.
I have looked around this sub a bit and it seems that most of the crashes are due to overheating, rather than...underheating. Or whatever this is. Any help?
Found some deals for these 2 at a similar price, is there any performance difference between them?
Not sure which one to choose
Recently I had an issue with my new 3080 with the temps being at 60c idle. I figured id try out a new case and get some more air flow to the card. To my surprise it worked! But now theres another issue when I run a game the first fan on the left side ramps up to crazy rpm even though the gpu is running at a cool 60-67C. Even after I close the game and try to slow it down it doesn’t. I have to turn off the pc so it can go back down to a regular speed. Even when I try to curve the fan in firestorm or msi afterburner nothing seems to stop the fan. Any ideas? Thanks👍🏻
Update: I let my pc just sit idle for a little and when I noticed the fan that I mentioned started to ramp up again. Not nearly as fast as when I start a game but still a noticeable auto coming from my pc while I lay in bed.
Hello Everyone,
Recently I bought a 3080 and slapped it into my pc thinking it'll be just fine. However I noticed a couple things when I started to run it. First is the temp of the card. When idle the GPU temp tells me its at 60c.I looked online and tried to see if anyone had the same issue, However there solutions didn't help me. Most of them told me to go to the Nvidia control panel and select normal power option but mine was already set to normal. Another video mentions undervolting my gpu and while it helped a little bit it didn't help me with my temps. The other issue is when my fans RPM reach a little over 60 1. the gpu sounds like its about to take off like a jet and 2 a terrible sound comes from the fans hitting the outer plastic shroud. in my mind the solution could be fixed by buying a new case for more airflow and maybe mounting the gpu vertically to stop the fan from hitting the shroud. However I thought id might hop on reddit and see if anyone could help me with my problem before I do anything and if anyone else has had this problem.

Hey Reddit,
I usually don’t rant online, but I feel like I’ve hit a wall here and need to vent (and maybe warn others). I bought a 4080 Super Trinity GPU from Canada Computers in Vancouver - that worked fine for two months… and then boom – dead. No warning signs, no stress testing, just poof. At first, I thought, “No big deal, it’s under warranty. Zotac will take care of it.” Oh, how naive I was.
I reached out to their support team, filed an RMA, and provided all the details they requested (proof of purchase, serial number, etc.). At first, they were responsive, but after a while, the communication just… stopped.
I’ll keep you all updated if things change, but so far, this experience has been beyond disappointing. If anyone has advice or similar stories, I’d love to hear how you handled it.
Here’s hoping Zotac steps up soon and proves me wrong. 🤞
Hello! Does anyone have the driver cd in iso for the zotac zbox-ad02? If so, please provide a link.
Is this sound coil whine? Only appears while playing heavy games and disappears on idle. Have gpu for half year and didn’t hear earlier because playing with headphones. Can i ask for replacement?
Hi,
I hope you're doing well. I bought this graphic card a year ago (Zotac RTX 4060 TI : Twin Edge) from a local supplier here in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. It's been working great until now. From the past 3 to 4 days when i do any kind of heavy processings with the graphic card i.e Playing games like GTAV or using Adobe apps, The pc starts to stutter or hangs and then application gets terminated.
I used the satistics in Nvidia Overlay and It's been showing zero utilization from GPU even the fans are not spining under heavy process as they supposed to.
In the firestorm app, I been using fans profile to AUTO. Graphic card performance stats are below: copied from firestorm app.
GPU core clock : 210 (MHZ)
GPU memory clock : 405 (MHZ)
GPU voltage : 875 (MV)
GPU Temp : 28 (c)
I'm really worried here, It would mean a lot for your help. Thank You!
Just put in a new gpu and getting this noise lol Zotac 4070
Hey!
I bought a 1070TI half a year ago and since that day my ears have been raped by the gpu fans being at 100%, which I can't do anything about it. Also recently I noticed that one fan is doing 100% and the other is barely spinning, why is that?
Best regards
Update- they accepted my RMA. We shall see what happens.
Original post-My 4090 OC trinity randomly died on me after only two years and have yet to hear back from RMA. Really down about it and don’t know what to do.
Is anyone else wondering where the zotac zone is? Wasnt it suppose to come out in sep????
I have a Zotac GTX 1080 Ti, I believe it's the AMP edition. I also have a Zotac GTX 1080 AMP edition collecting dust. Does anybody know if the cooler on the 1080 will fit on the 1080 Ti?
If not, can anybody recommend a cheap but decent replacement cooler for the 1080 Ti? I'm not ready to upgrade just yet, but the card seems to be overheating, so I can't play the games I want to currently.
I bought 2mm but they are too thin what thickness should I buy?
Hi, I'm just wondering if its possible for my zotac magnus one's rtx3060 upgrade to rtx 4060?
Since the 2024 zotac magnus one comes with one. I think it will fit well in the case.
So, my question is, will it bottleneck the older i510400? It seems that 4060 draws less power compared to the 3060, although with a smaller vram. Has anyone tried it before? Any pov is welcome for discussion.
My gpu fans keep making loud and rattling noise, The fans are also visibly shaking. Should I be worried and is there any fixing that could help (bought on oct 2020)
My half-year-old 4070 super twin edge (dual fan) started to have a rattling sound, tested in firestorm and it's coming from the back side fan around 2100-2300 rpm. It's silent below and above rpms. Cooling and functionality seems to be good though. Any idea what could cause it? is the fan gonna die?
Been looking everywhere and can't find a clear answer. Does anyone know If the trinity oc cold plate on the heatsink copper/nickel plated or aluminum? I have some extra conductonaut but don't want to botch my heatsink if it's aluminum.
I have seen a lot of info on this and tried most of the things I have read. I never cared about RGB but I found a pretty sweet deal on some RGB fans and thought I might give it a run. Since I never used it I never paid attention to the software. I never used it before because I always used GPU tweak.
I have run DDU and uninstalled the GPU driver and then reinstalled the firestorm and driver to no avail.
Does anyone know any third party apps that will work?
TIA.
How thick is the thermal pad of ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Twin Edge OC?
Hello, the solid model does not have the RGB, like the other models, it has just white leds. I was wondering if there is ANY way to adjust the brrightness of those leds? Neither Zotac software, nor open RGB recognize the card to control it. Any help will be appreciated!
Hi guys, my zotac graphic card 3060 is under warranty and got some issues. I have submitted it to service center and I have been told that they fall under limited warranty (my region is India and I don't see limited warranty on their home page like it appears on USA warranty page) and they would provide the replacement with the another used product. is it something true?
