I ended up browsing the SixFive Website and noticed in some of their example pics, they use York United. I don’t think the examples are from the Woodbine Proposal?
Mostly just wishful thinking on my part as it looks clean.

There have been whispers that York United and AFC Toronto are considering using York University's Alumni Field as their home field for the 2025 season. To make it a 6K stadium, they're going to add more bleachers.
Again, at this point, these are all rumours, but it is believed that York United's management will make a number of significant announcements, maybe in the days following the CPL Championship Cup Final.
