Falsified documents for the construction of Gagik Tsarukyan's 20-story ugly hotel at Abovyan 5/5 in Yerevan

It entered its second phase and the final plan was supposed to have been approved by now. But I cant find any new news. Any updates as to whats gonna happen?

Any update on the Kond reconstruction project?

Over the past 2 years, 60 petrol stations that violated regulations have been dismantled in Armenia

German architectural firm gmp has already presented the master plan to the Armenian government, which has approved the plan. The city will have up to 16 universities, its own train system, and will be connected to Yerevan with a new metro station.

French architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés has been chosen to design the completion of the Cascade Complex as well as the new planned Noragyugh district, which will be Yerevan’s business and financial center

Why do they always have to make this “bisedkas”?

Is this the best they can do near Republic square metro entrance?

I think it would be nice if we had a pedestrian bridge over the Hrazdan gorge and a walking/running/biking pathway along the gorge on both sides. What do you guys think?
