Rules:
1) BE CIVIL:
Don’t excessively harass, witch hunt, doxx, use excessive profanity towards another user, use slurs, etc etc.
2) Source any and all fan made content:
Either directly submit the source link itself, or link the source in the comments. Note that the “source” is wherever the content creator directly uploaded the work
3) No KOS-MOS pulls:
It’s low effort content, and considering the size of this sub, I don’t want this type of content flooding people’s HOT queues
4) NO Spam/self-promotion:
Reddit is not the place to spam or promote your own content or advertise your products/youtube channel/Twitch. Exceptions include OC art.

5) TAG SPOILERS!
What counts as a spoiler you ask? Well, Mythra as well as the last 2 party members won’t count as spoilers, since they were revealed in pre-launch trailers by Nintendo, and are present in damn near every guide video. Any major story spoilers past chapter 4 will be counted as spoilers and should be tagged, as that’s when the game starts introducing some real twists and turns. Stuff for other Xeno games will need to be appropriately tagged as well.
6) NO XC3 CONTENT!
Literally nothing XC3 related is allowed on here. It doesn't matter how big or how small a spoiler, and it doesn't matter if you mark it or not. Will result in an immediate ban. No, don't modmail and ask if it's ok to post something.

Tora heropon challenge
I think bringer of chaos is massively unfun and unfair. These are about the only challenges i need (besides elma redux which i finished by needing to google a cheese strat that is impossible without it) + the very unfun, long jin challenge in titan battleship. I really don’t think the devs had fun in mind when developing bringer of chaos and these challenges.
Sometimes during battles, Rex will just stand there and not begin his auto attacks even when I am quickly nudging the left stick to auto cancel. And it's not a matter of being too far away from an enemy, I'm normally very close to the enemy in combat. I have no clue if this is a glitch or if I am missing something, but this happens seemingly at random and it's confusing why it even happens in the first place. If someone could please clarify, that would be appreciated.
I'd show a clip of it happening, but XC2 prohibits saving clips to the Switch for some reason and I don't own a capture card. Thanks, Nintendo...
Okay, I need to kill this guy for Zenobia, but for the life of me, no matter the time of day, no matter the weather, no matter how many times I teleport in and out of Mor Ardain, and no matter how far away I spawn, I can't get this guy to appear in the Fief of Forgetfulness.
I'm at the end of chapter 5, about to go to Temperentia, and wanted to do as much as I could for Zenobia before I did (everything to T3 except Superstrength which gets to T4). I'm going crazy here. Does he actually spawn for any of you, or is the most recent patched with this one unique enemy.
Also there's no gravestone. I know I haven't killed him yet, but I also know someone would ask if there was a gravestone, as it'd be the most likely thing that's going wrong.
Anything helps, thanks.
Ok so I am on switch and I am considering buying this game but I have what may be a dumb question but here it goes. There is a pack that sells the game and what is called the expansion pass but the way it looks to me it looks like a separate game. If I buy the game and what is called the expansion pass does it act like a dlc included and playable in the original game or does it act like it's another separate game
Tldr: Is the xenoblade chronicls 2 expansion pass a dlc or a separate game to xenoblade chronicles 2?
Edit: thanks I'm probably gonna buy it tmr I can't wait!
Sorry if I'm flooding the sub, but some things are REALLY hard to find an explanation for even in the top tier channels.
I can build certain things for Poppi, like the ether mod, but none of the first two can equip it. I know she has a third form, but can she only become a healer then? Because I'm still in chapter 5.
Also, I can't craft any of the other element modules, do I have to get them in tiger! tiger!? Because I have been prorastinating it since its introduction lol.
Thank you all so much for all the help once again!
So, I used to play this game a couple months short of a year ago, after watching the first bit of a playthrough on youtube. I think i have around 70 hours on one save, and got up to chapter 4 where you have to chase down and fight the robot girl at night. i wasn't powerful enough to win the fight, so i ended up going back to previous areas and doing side quests. for whatever reason (probably got caught up with school or found other games) i fell out with XBC2 and stopped playing (despite my love for the game) and recently ive decided to pick it back up.
there's one problem, that being that i've forgotten a lot about the game in general, such as quests, plot related stuff, and how the game works in general. i have a hard decision to make. should I:
a) continue playing on my original save of around 70 hours, in which i have put time, dedication, and effort into in the past. However, i won't remember much and will be very confused.
b) create another save and start again so that i have to do everything again, but then i can actually know what i'm doing.
what do you guys think i should do, what would you do? also another thing: i purchased the DLC, but im wondering if all the things i got will also be present in the new save? thanks.
TLDR: i'm coming back to the game after a year and can't remember anything. should i make a new save and delete my hard work? idk
So I've obtained my 5 party members and got my 3 pity blades, so now I want to know. Do I settle down and only continue rolling at late-game/postgame, or do I just spend them all now? If there's anything added to the pool later, what's the latest I should start pulling my rare and legendary crystals?
Thank you so much for the help!
In the spirit crucible dungeon, I’m having a super hard time killing the critters ahead of the boss. Rex and Nia are level 53 and not gaining XP, at least not much, spent two hours milling about killing things in here and still can’t level up after a break at in inn. I’m about ready to put this game down. I don’t have the accessory equipped that doesn’t allow you to gain XP. Most of the enemies are 9 to 10 levels below me. What am I missing, should I head out and go grind somewhere else for XP?
I want to get both games at the same time, play 2 until I hit chapter 6 or wherever Torna was supposed to be in the main story, THEN play Torna all the way through, then pick up where I left off in Xenoblade 2 and finish it. Does Torna have any major gameplay changes or overhauls that will make it hard to go between games? I assume it's like Xenoblade 3 and Future Redeemed, where the new side story adds and changes some stuff but is still the same game most of the time
I just got a switch and this game instantly caught my interest. For reference I like games like SMT and Fire Emblem with thought provoking gameplay. For $20 is this worth it?
Hi, everybody, I have a very serious problem in my play of XC2. The cutscene audio always(80%) slow than the video, I can't really enjoy this game anymore. I got this game from ebay, I guess it's more than 3rd hand when it came to my hand. There are much scratch on the golden part, which I think it's the problem. I play on switch lite, and I can confirm my console has no problem. There is almost no any information on internet have the same problem as mine. I really enjoy the story, and I don't want to quit. But this problem really drives me crazy. Please somesone helps me or anyone has the same problem?
(spoiler alert‼️‼️)
This is the boss rush of the party members btw
So I'm finally going to go headfirst into this game (have been waiting for my vacation lol), and there is one kind of comment I've seen people mention before. About how "They chose the wrong blade for the driver and now they were stuck with it". Can you not unequip and re-equip blades? Or does the game at least let you re-equip them on a new game + mode? I know in general you want to find the right weapon type for the character and the right blade within that, but is there more to it?
This is monster hunter world lmao
I FINALLY GOT HER
Hello!
I wish to do all unique ennemis and Nopon Archsage's challenges for emperor of chaos difficulty but I'm so bad that I can't even do a few of them on normal mode so I'm looking for a guide for equipment advices and strategies.
My objectif is to set a record on everything so I need to do things on all difficulties.
Just a really good screenshot I got
Got him on Four
So I’m NG+, trying to 100% everything, and iI just learned that floren has a missable field skill convo in indol that I didn’t get. Am I screwed? Can I still complete his quests?
