Here is a link to my previous post asking about a Wolfenstein mod
I contacted the museum which had this on display and they have told me it is a Wolfenstein (2009) mod, despite everybody else saying it was a mod/beta/prototype of Unreal Tournament 3/UDK.
They don't have a download file for it and don't have much info on it at all. Would anyone here have any clue of what mod this could be?
I’m gonna have fun
Like the title says i did the choice and i am..... Shook, usually i have no problem killing off npc's or characters in game but this was different and i dont know why. After i destroyed the incinerators i kinda stared at the dead Fergus body for a while. Did anybody else experience that?
So I'm thinking about getting into Wolfenstein, I just started Old Blood and it feels pretty close to Dishonored in terms of gameplay. I know Wolfenstein is also a Bethesda product, so are they similar in ways? I know the genre is different, I'm not expecting BJ to be using magic to see through walls, but in terms of gameplay and the overall structure of the gameplay loop, are they pretty close to one another?
Like i can't even go 2 rooms without waiting 220 seconds just for a chest of nothing to open, any tips?
Returned to this franchise after 20 years! New order was just lovey. Need y’all’s help though - should I skip old blood?
I recently bought PS5, my first ever console. Had last played RTCW 17 years ago (wow) as a teenager. Once I got the console, first ever game I downloaded was TNO and I was hooked. 35 hours on it as I got used to playing on a console. Moved to TOB and completed that in 15 hours. All of this in Uber minus 1 difficulty. Now onto TNC, almost 80% into the game and boy it is challenging. Was smiling teeth to teeth when side quests from Wolf 3D came up.
The inner child in me couldn't have been happier. It has bought back some memories. Have played a few other games on side like TLOU, GOT etc. They might be far more acclaimed but it pales in front of this series. Just sharing happy thoughts.
In the TV show Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Jr., American celebrities do a DNA and genealogy test. Then the show host gives them an album with information about who their long-lost ancestors were, somethings with pics and details.
Eg: "Your great-grandpa was tailor from Italy and he married your grandma who was Dutch in Ellis Island", that kind of stuff.
I was imagining one in the universe of Wolfenstein, they bring actors and singers on live tv and find out who their ancestors were. And if they were the wrong kind, executed on live TV.
Yeah, that would be very popular.
I’ll start off by saying that it is entirely my fault for never giving this game a chance. I always thought it was just a generic shooter with an interesting setting (I knew about the Nazis winning the war but that was it).
I have recently bought 4 games, The New Order, 2, The Old Blood and Youngblood, and since I wanted to play something new decided to give it a shot. What the actual fuck friends. I am hooked, literally addicted. The setting is interesting as expected, but the characters? The philosophy? Easter eggs? World building? This game is so much more than I expected, and again my bad for underestimating it, I love it so much.
I’m currently in the halfway point I think, just slepy and had an awesome cutscene with Tekla, and this is what I’m talking about, not only do you get to demolish nazis in a very interesting setting, you also get so much awesome chill content with the other characters, everything just keeps pulling me in further and further. Oh man now I’m really excited about having 3 more games to play and platinum.
So Ik this sounds super dumb but when im the Chapter the locked collectible in the 5 slot is Collectible #5 right? I looked up a guide bc that’s all I need to 100% the game and some of them are out of order. I’d really not like to back track every single area.
Got all the back to the Ausmerzer on Mein Leben where you get out of the pod and shoot the fan to progress and I side stepped off the ledge. 🫠
I just picked up wolfenstien the new order on gamepass pc and voices either don't seem to be working or are very quiet. Does anybody have a fix for this?
Playing on PC. I love games that encourage me to use a variety of guns, and when I was introduced to dual wielding in the game I was all for it.
But it's so hard to switch weapons in the heat of combat, it just doesn't feel good compared to other games.
The weapon wheel always feels super unwieldy and using the keys, I just can't seem to find a way to map it that makes switching weapons mid combat satisfying or even worth doing.
Worse Im regularly dying because I'm cycling through weapons too slowly.
Love the game, but this is just a super weird gripe I can't get past.
I just started youngblood and JuJu keeps saying that BJ killed hitler but, as far as i remember New colossus ended with hitler alive or BJ killed him in between. I'm bit lost
I am a hard-core new order fan and I wanna know if the new colossus is worth the cash, cause if not I'm gonna buy far cry new dawn
I am playng The New Colossus, however the game decided to use the integrated intel graphics instead of my 4080, giving me 20fps in low quality, i've tried to force the game to use the GPU via nvidia control panel but no success, i've also tried to unistall/reinstall. Any tips?
Solved: Win + R -> devmgmt.msc -> find the integrated GPU and disabled it
I'm having an issue with the weapon wheel. I'm on a Rog Ally. when I hold down the weapon wheel/grenade button, the wheel pops up, but when I move the right stick to choose a weapon the game thinks I'm just looking around. I can only use the switchh to last weapon button. I've looked in the settings, and can't find anything. my Ally is in gamepad mode. Anyone got a fix for this, Thank you.
Just finished Wolfenstein Youngblood, and honestly, I had a great time with it. It's really different from the older games since you play as B.J.’s daughters this time, and I found it pretty refreshing.
There are some cool new features. The stealth mode is awesome, letting you sneak around and plan your attacks. Plus, the co-op mechanic is great—if you go down, your sister can revive you, which makes it easier and way more fun than the other games.
The only part that annoyed me was the final boss fight. The checkpoint setup is rough, so if you die, you end up going back a lot, which is a pain.
Overall, Youngblood is fun and brings something new to Wolfenstein. If you’re into co-op and don’t mind a different style, it’s definitely worth a try!
