Hello, what is the best place to ski in Europe, maybe what countries besides the French Alps?
Just something about a winter background
I work outdoors in all conditions and as winter approaches I’m trying to invest in good quality base layers to keep me warm so I don’t have to bundle up as much, so I’m wondering if the 4.0 base layers are worth it?
Lived my entire life in Florida. My question is which is worse, a hurricane or blizzard? Hurricanes u loose power, food then spoils cause it’s over 90* until late November. It’s miserable.
I read somewhere that winter is like 10% of people’s favorite season. I dislike it because I find it cold and dark and sad, but I’d like to like it. So people who love it, tell me what I can do this winter to make the most of it! I particularly struggle through January and February.
What kind of pants do guys here wear in the winter?? I was looking for something comfy that keeps me warm. I live in Toronto, Canada and it gets to around -10 to -20 in the winter. For context I'm a 22 year old guy so I'd be open to any kind of recommendations y'all got :) I'm also willing to spend a little more for a good pair of pants.
I think winter can be romantic and ai want songs that match the vibe.

I moved back up north to see snow again but we haven't had real snow in years. It's so selfish to be happy about warm weather in winter. Because doesn't that also mean global warming is really happening?
I took this photo on my snowboard/ski trip 2 years ago.. 🏂⛷️
Last winter weeks sparked me up to be thankful this season ending soon. I've learnt so much and i must otherwise admit i don't hold up coming season that much. But it's ok. From this part of the world, it gets usually too hot and some times becomes unbereable to spend time outside. Which makes it dull and boring to remain indoors with artificial devises to cool down!! Haha. As i already explained, i don't like larger sunlight days and hot temperatures that much. Enjoy your freezing months, westernoids !!! :)
i used to like it but now i hate it
