Wildstar would have been 10 years old in July of this year.
What sort of content do you think would be present in-game if Wildstar had made to the year of our lord, 2024.
Would there be new Zones? Characters? Additions to the storyline? What do you think?
Recently Wayfinder came out of Early Access, after playing ir for a few hours it reminds me of WildStar in the art style, environment and overall atmosphere of the game.
Wayfinder and WildStart are very different games, Wayfinder not being an MMO, but if you are looking for something with similar art style and atmosphere, maybe give it a try, it is a really cool ARPG
Hello everyone!
I remember that there was a "final story" post or something like that, that talked about what was planned for Wildstars lore.
I wonder if there were any hints of possible races and classes that were supposed to come out if the game had survived (RIP).
I did find an old post that mentioned some scrapped classes but I wonder if there are any that you might know? And also, do we know if there was any more races planned to be playable?

I missed the shut down of Wildstar as my old gaming P.C committed seppuku a month before Wildstar's shut down. For the last 5 years, I haven't gamed at all as I had no gaming P.C and no console. Recently, however got myself a new gaming laptop and I am wondering if is possible to play any emulators without having the original client installed? Last I checked, that was necessary.
I occasionally play the wow SPP

I played Wildstar at release and a couple other times till it shut down.
I casually follow the progress of nexus forever .
But I wish there were a single player project for Wildstar .
With wow SPP you can even group with bots and run raids , form guilds , run GM commands (cheat) if you like .
You just have to look up the wow GM commands .
Anyway last time I installed the wow SPP I kept thinking how fun a Wildstar SPP would be .
I asked a year ago what the progress was, since i'm not on the project's Discord channel. So, can you guys tell me and anyone else who's interested on what's the current progress of the project? still at around 20% or has it gotten better?
What a blast it was! The quests, the sci fi universe, the profession, the dungeons, the loot system.... It was such a superb MMO that will forever be missed.
Hi
Does anybody have the discord link for the private server that's being worked on?
Struggling to find it
The one from this video at 4:36

Seems to be WildStar's main theme but with a more techno remix. I looked through the soundtrack of the game and didn't manage to find it. Was it a special piece of music created for a trailer? Does anyone know where can I find it?
Thanks in advance.
Hi! It has been some time friends. Thankfully I am back and have the time to play this beautiful game with you all again. I created a community "guild" in Wildstar a while back and was wondering how many people would be interested in playing the game with me again.
Race: Human
Faction: Exile
Class: Engineer
Name: Dove Shampoo
Guild: Exiles Forever
Feel free to add me as a friend in-game & message me for a guild invite. As I would love to experience the game along side you & help many other players who wish to experience the game we once loved.
Guild Information
I created this guild for the purpose of testing this game when I was writing my "Nexus Forever Full Review & Experience" review back in 2022 with the purpose of bringing other community testers together. As my review went viral, with it asking questions on how to join this community I was a little late on the follow-up due to completing majority of the content available at the time. I have plans now to fully embrace myself into the Nexus Forever community and have decided to go hard into this community. Such that we can embrace all of the content this game has to offer. My goal is that we have a Discord for the community guild, that people looking to play quite hard-core with us have a place to go to for any form of content available for this game. I will be making events in this Discord server, to make it easier for people to join whatever content we do at a time that can suit everyone, or for those wanting to make pug groups for other pieces of content for players that are usually on often.
Please join the Discord server that I linked below if you would like to join us!

I remember they emphasized being for hardcore gamers a lot but don't remember much else.
Do you guys remember what other kind of marketing they used?
Was it good in your opinion, or not?
What would you change?
I'd aim it more to the casual players
I mostly miss leveling. The combat system was great, quest were fun, zones were great. Do you have anything similiar to the leveling experience from wildstar?
I've got similar vibes from Lost Ark and GW2 only.
I'm trying to get as much info as possible fam. I'll keep you posted.
I started playing this game ever since I could pre-order the digital deluxe edition. I used to like it a lot, it used to be super fun especially for the combat system. The leveling system needed to be a bit more fun and the end game needed to be a bit easier, PVP needed some work but I think it was a solid game. I would definitely play it now and I'm sure I'd have way more fun than what most MMOs today can offer. My question to you is if you had a chance of fixing this game and making it work for real a few years later, what would you change? What did you like and what didn't you like about the game and why? Do you think it could work with today's tech on a console? Give me your serious thoughts, I'm not trying to waste your time.
I tried looking this up, but I couldn't even find evidence of there being a dragon in an endgame daily zone. But I remember this very vividly and fondly.
A new max-level zone was released. All I remember is that there was a lot of orange. There was sort of like a world boss or something? That I remember being a massive red dragon with fire attacks.
When it was first released, there was a "bug" where only a single faction could tag the boss. As far as I remember, every member of the tagging faction attacking the boss got credit for the kill. But because I was playing on a PVP server, this created an absolute warzone of trying to wipe out the opposing faction and kill the dragon in time. In order to get credit for it, you had to reset the dragon so your faction could tag it. So it took quite a long time to kill this dragon with the all-out war going on.
This was fixed shortly thereafter, as they stated it was unintended, but it was a really fun memory I have of the game, and I wonder if anyone shares it.
As a side note, I wish I took more screenshots and videos of the game. It was so fun and easy to go OOB here, and I found some truly wild stuff that I don't think was posted elsewhere-- a huge, flat rectangle island with weird phasing so you and your friends randomly appear and disappear when you run around, mountain ranges with no physics so you can hoverboard up steep hills at full speed, holes in the wall geometry of the "bad guys" capital (don't even remember faction names lol) so you can hide in there and speak gibberish while they struggle to find and kill you. I miss this game lol
So how do you start a project like this? Do you have access to some of the original code? What are the parts you have to make yourself? Is most of it from scratch? What are the biggest obstacles?
I'd missed it at the time, but I've always wanted to play it, because of its very special combat system and, above all, its sublime universe and art direction! The problem is that, for the moment, the mobs aren't moving. Maybe that's nothing for you, but it's putting me off the game. Do you know if making the mobs more lively is a task currently under development? I know it's being done by enthusiasts who have already done a remarkable job of making it playable. I'm willing to wait to get back into it.
Does anyone know if there's a place to find post Primal Matrix skill info? I recall an Esper ability named Dream Catcher or something like that with a little golden butterfly that orbited your head before exploding as a heal. I wanted to look up class skills and such, but the Jabbithole site is so out of date it's sad. All I can find about the matrix is it was a thing that existed, not what skills each class got or anything else.
