Julian Assange is to attend a parliamentary hearing in Strasbourg on Tuesday 1 October 2024 which will look at his detention and conviction and their chilling effect on human rights, ahead of a full plenary debate on this topic by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) the following day. Both events will be livestreamed.

".. the Iraqi Ministry of Finance has had to submit requests for funds to the US Treasury, which then approves or denies these requests based on its own criteria.
This monthly transfer of US dollars – which are literally flown into Baghdad in pallets of hard cash – determines Iraq and its 40-million-population’s ability to pay for basic needs like salaries, food, and medicine.
Today, Iraq’s financial situation remains dire. Despite having oil revenues piling up in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York – estimated today at around $120 billion – Iraq is burdened with a growing debt that matches this amount.
The country’s inability to control its own funds has prevented long-term reconstruction and development, forcing it to rely on international loans. Ironically, Iraq has also become one of the largest holders of US Treasury bills, with investments totaling $41 billion in 2023."
Hello all,
I have a question that hopefully someone can answer.
When searching for an Iraq after action report, the search results show an uncensored snapshot of the report. However, once I open the report, many of the words that were visible in the search results are now replaced with %%%.
Is there any way to get around this and obtain the full text?
———EDIT———
Here's an example:
https://wikileaks.org/irq/report/2005/03/IRQ20050303n1465.html
If you search "SCAN EAGLE CRASH" this should be the first hit. This is the preview that comes up in the search result. The words in bold are words that appear as %%% once you open the report.
action 0 0 0 0 AT 1424C, SCAN EAGLE REPRESENTATIVES REPORTS AN EO SCAN EAGLE CRASHED N OF HIT ... . THE SUSPSECTED CAUSE OF THE CRASH IS AN AVIONICS FAILURE. THERE ... 1X M/C EO AND 2X M/C IR SCAN EAGLES REMAINING AT AL-ASAD ...
Of course, since this is a preview, there is a bunch of other content that is also censored and that does not appear here. As far as I can see, this happens with all such reports from Iraq.

"Poppy cultivation in Afghanistan dropped by 95% after a drug ban by the ruling Taliban last year. " [That is 2022]
The US left in August 2021. What a remarkable coincidence.
This might sound like a stupid question because I am out of the loop, but what exactly is the list of names in the Hilary Clinton files supposed to be?
I'm asking because I found someone's name on that list that is someone I have confirmed to have been involved in a massive cover-up, and I recently found out she used a fake identity, her family is military, and has govt. connections. Both the woman whose name I found and her husband used fake names and I found her real name on the list (and it's not a common name). I'm just trying to put the pieces together.
Edited to add this is referencing the list of 967 names. I don't know if there are different lists.
