Just wondering. I hope he just retired from youtube and nothing bad happened.
I used to watch WAF's videos a lot, Anyone know what happened to him ? He was a great source of Ultrawide info and game reviews.
When I hear the term "Ultrawide Support," I expect the game to have no stretching whatsoever. Bethesda's engine clearly isn't capable of displaying different aspect ratios without remaking assets and re-coding everything. And I'm looking at you too, No Man's Sky!
If anybody is having a different result with no HUD stretching whatsoever, please let me know. But for now, this game remains in limbo for me.

No man's sky is back from the dead. A huge "NEXT" update adding 3rd person view etc.
The reviews are back from mostly negative to... Wait, what ?! Nononono! This must be wrong. MOSTLY POSITIVE ?!
I love this game, it's great. But the 21:9 support is awful. I've mentioned it on their subreddit lots of times and I think if a little bit of light was shed on it they would move quickly to correct. Right now you can't even hit the exit button bc the AR is so bad that a twitch banner is obstructing it.
HELP US WAF, you're our only hope!
Been playing this a lot lately and I wanna know how cropped it is. There are some UI issues but I'm not sure about core game.

Been playing around with some engine settings, and found a nice constraint to work around the current lack of native support in the shipped version, as well as a fix for the field of view. Everything is working great in native "21:9" aspect ratio from 2560x1080, 3440x1440, and even up to 3840x1600. As soon as I finish testing and make sure the ratio sticks, I'll post a simple tweak guide for you guys who are struggling and itching to get this beautiful game running on your ultrawides.
@Pheonix Labs, thank you again for the awesome game thus far, and it was great meeting you guys at PAX South 2018!
-Corrected FoV Scaling In-Game
