Can’t contact customer support after I keep getting weird error codes in app… when I find their number it doesn’t even have an option for in app difficulties. My rewards that I built up and earned from buying food all disappeared. F**** this company and its owners I wish nothing but the worst for them. I gotta keep it respectful to I can’t say how I truly feel lol.
I'm currently a finalist for the Cravers Nation Hall of Fame and was wondering if anyone here on this sub has gone through the process? They called last month and asked to do a background check and then said they'd get back to me sometime after the New Year. I'm hoping for the best as I love me some sliders!
Thanks and crave on, my friends!
Any inside scoop if WC will have crab cake sliders for lent this year? Haven’t been available since 2021. Best thing I’ve ever put into my mouth.
Go on https://www.opentable.com/and book for you're local White Castle on February 14th One of my favorite events of the year!
I miss my goddamn sliders!
The app sucks , changing your order with a discount applied loses it. Its like a vending machine that takes your money but worse.
RIP my $8 coupon 😡
This was like pre pandemic pricing
When should I be looking out for the reservations. I've been wanting to do this for years! 💘

As a local I do not want to go down to the strip or Freemont for some sliders. I even looked for other locations but they are all bars and they take their sweet time making them.
I was going to place an order on the app the other night, and since they revamped the rewards program, there was a 20% off coupon. I applied it at checkout but had to go back and edit something and the coupon vanished. It didn’t stay applied and there was no way to re-apply it. We got pizza instead.
I've got a video project where each week I make a recipe randomly selected from my cookbook collection, and last week the 1994 Craver grand prize winner "Chicken Cheese Castle" from the White Castle book "By the Sackful" was selected.
The recipe was a bit unhinged, with not just ten cheeseburgers but also puff pastry, linguini, chicken, and more getting mixed together and baked in several stages.
But... it was pretty tasty! Not so much that I'd make it again -- it's too much work and frankly I'd just rather eat the cheeseburgers. But still, it was a fun video to make, and maybe you'll enjoy watching it.
White Castle please expand to the state of California.
There are a ton of midwest people transplants who now live in California and the top thing we all have in common is our love and longing and missing White Castle. Many of us either drive from Southern California to either Las Vegas or even Arizona to get our White Castle fix since there are none in California.
Some great locations for expanding to would be either in Anaheim, or Buena Park as they have the inflows of a ton of out of towners visiting the obvious Disney theme parks and Knotts Berry farm theme parks. Buena Park also has Portillo's a famous fast food restaurant from Chicago and they are doing excellent business at that location.
If you expand to California we promise to support and even break records to make it the number one location for you!
Thank you!
In Nashville for the weekend, you can bet hitting a WC is on my list. Most of the people at the job think WC is the same as Krystal (how wrong they are).
I’d love to buy a crave case on Sunday and serve it in the break room Monday, but I don’t know how it will keep. There is no oven there so they will have to be microwaved at the least.
Anyone have any tips?
